Over the years I have purchased a number of Camper shoes and boots. While I have had some issues (e.g. glue failing on sneakers, and one pair of shoes completely disintegrating) the fit has always... See more

Ordered their unique looking printed jeans in blue when noticed they were on sale. Recieved a clearly used pair, they were coveres in mud at the bottom of the pants. Really liked the pair so I reached out to them and sent photos and explained the situation. I suggested for the to send me a different colored pair scince the blue pair was sold out. I got a reply in one day but it was a automatic reply from a bot saying I need to return the product and so I did straight away. No real reply at any point to my suggestion only email saying I need first to return the product to them in order for them to come up with a solution. Roughly 3 weeks later got sent the money back without any message to my bank account. Really a shame first getting sent a used pair of 300€ jeans from a allegedly premium brand then not even getting a real reply from cs. Really disappointed with all of this hassle, I was open minded when I realized the pair was used and was looking forward to come up with a solution that would satisfy me and the firm. Have no other choice than to come here to tell about this.
Edit: 1 week later
Reached out back to cs with my email and order number. Told them in the same message that I would be still up to get their jeans. replacement for the jeans I originally got or some other color of them. Got a reply telling me to trace some ARN number back to my bank account to see my refund. A nothing burger just to make things seem to difficult to be bothered to do. I think they just dont want to sell me new pants for the price I orginally paid(discound). Scince the dicounted jeans have sold out. At this point I dont even think theres a real person answering to these messages.
Just dont bother with this brand at this point. I wish I had read these reviws before ordering from them to save myself from this mess.

After my previous posts I received several AI generated 'sorry' responses informing me that while the product may appear to be 'in-stock' it is in fact not. So another two days later I go to the site and find the product is clearly in-stock and now in my basket only at a higher price. This is abysmally and blatantly misleading. I encourage anyone reading this who have had a similar experience to lodge a formal complaint with your relevant consumer law agency.

Trainers ordered in Regent St store on 18/7.
Still not arrived
Unable to speak to shop staff as no one answers the phone
No phone number for uk customer service - I’d googled it gives a number for a company selling camper vans
Sent 3 email complaints before someone rang me from Spain. When I said the online tracking says it’s not being recognised she Sassanid the parcel had been delivered.
When I complained it hadn’t I received an email the next day saying it had to someone called Ambra somewhere🙈 I have asked for clarification of the address and signature and delivery company responsible.
Absolutely shocking customer service and I am without my trainers and £78 out of pocket.
Do not buy from Camper!

Very disappointed with Camper. Received faulty shoes due to poor quality control, and instead of sending a replacement, I was told to return them at my own inconvenience. No gesture of goodwill, just more hassle for their mistake. I expected far better service from a brand that charges premium prices. Won’t be buying from them again.

I purchased a pair of shoes on the 22nd of July. They've sat as a pending order for 10 days, until I reached out to customer service on the 30th, to be met with generic AI responses.
I've now been told my order has been cancelled as they don't have my size.
Confused as the size was in stock when I purchased. Had I not emailed them, would they have even let me know?
Super terrible experience and untrustworthy company.
>>> replying to Camper: I’ve emailed customer care multiple times with no reply or resolution.

Update: Edit with order number : 4007106998
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 19 July online due to their promotion and got 2 pairs cancelled with no explanation. Not even an email to explain out of stock or whatever the reason.
Wrote to customer service 3 times and asked about the refund process and when will I receive the refund. Either it was a generic reply or no reply.
Today is 31 July, that 1 pair of shoes is still pending shipping and I don’t know when I will get the refund back for the other 2 pairs of shoes. I thought if they could refund me I could choose other shoes instead.
We have been buying camper shoes for over a decade from their retail outlets and this is first time ordering online with bad experience.
Don’t bother ordering online, just purchase from their stores and consignment counters so to save the headache.

I bought 5 pairs of shoes order 4007105649 on July 19 and paid for express shipping. I received the first shipment with 2 pairs (shipment 4007105879). The last 3 pairs haven’t been shipped. I wrote to customer care three times, and received an AI bot response and stated incorrect information. The status in “my order” stated pending but AI stated “shipped and accepted” for 2 shipments. I was planning to buy more shoes for my husband, but I’d rather paying more for better customer service. I will dispute this transaction if I don’t hear back from Camper by the end of the week.

I have been a loyal Camper customer for over 10 years. It’s the only brand of shoes I wear, and I regularly purchase both online and in-store — often paying full price.
Recently, I placed an order of six shoes during a members-only sale. Six days after the order was confirmed, I received an email stating that three items were out of stock. I have been checking the website every day and the exact same products were still available including today (at full price).
This is unacceptable and unethical. You cannot cancel a confirmed purchase days later and continue selling the same items at a higher price. This violates basic consumer rights under Irish and EU law.
To make things worse, I received unrelated emails about refunds I never requested, and a case was opened in my name without my consent (which is illegal) or any proper explanation.
There is no customer service phone number to speak with someone directly, which makes resolving issues like this even more frustrating.
As a long-time, loyal customer, I feel completely disregarded and disrespected.
Unless Camper addresses this situation properly, I will no longer support or recommend the brand. Loyalty should be valued — not punished.

I ordered an item with Camper and this item never was delivered to me. Camper is delivering items with Yodel. These companies do not take responsibilities for the items that customers are paying if these items did not arrive to destination. So, I am paying something that never I received. I will do a formal complain. Be careful with Camper and Yodel.

I wished I had read the reviews here before buying Camper shoes online. On 7/19/2025 I bought 2 pair of sneakers. Three days after I got an email informing they will split my order to deliver one pair earlier. One pair arrived on day 5, and I ordered a 3rd pair because they were on sale. The next day I got an email cancelling my order with the message "...sorry but we cannot fulfil your order! Here is a 20% voucher in recompense on top of the sale price for the inconvenience" . No further reason. As some other buyers have mentioned before, the problem is while waiting for my original order, the items I wanted have been sold. Up today, I am still waiting for one missing pair that appears as shipping pending. There is no updates on my item, not refund, zero communication. The customer services does not work at all. In their website the customer contact link is not a phone number or chat (despite it says "call us"), but a form you must fill. After submiting it you receive an automated response. So far nothing, none of their representatives have contacted me back to update on my order status. Good luck if you plan calling them to 1 (877) 562-0723 - the phone number associated to the company in google - they never replied me.
Do not waste your time buying from them. If your try to return/exchange size you will experience same bothersome issue. They don't have any idea of their stock situation (either is this or they have sketchy speculative practices). Customer service doe snot exist. I have been a Camper customer since 2015, but given this experience and similar experiences shared here, this is the last time. I do not know if the original company from Mallorca is aware of these issues in their USA franchise, or when this became so useless. If I don't get my pending order from more than a week ago, I will dispute the purchase through my bank and make sure to communicate this matter to the customer service of Camper in Spain, as well as the CFPB in the US. If Camper see this my case # is: 1360501

They bombarded everyday with their family and friends sale deal, and I even chatted with a rep on their website and we together found a pair of red trainers, IN MY SIZE. I bought them. Waited. Then after three days they send an email, sorry but we cannot fulfil your order!
Here's a 20% voucher in recompense on top of the sale price, BUT, the problem is while I've been waiting for my original order, all the good stuff has been sold. So I go back to their website and use the size filter to find only trainers in my size. Bingo, all the suggested and filtered sizes are sold out? So your filter doesn't work.
When I go to chat to a rep and complain, all of a sudden the reps disappear.
What a useless company. Obviously don't have a live function in terms of their stock situation.
Won't be buying from these amateurs again.

Using today's date but I've had over 20 years experience with this brand. So I must love them right? And yes I did. Great styles, genuinely hard wearing workmanship over the years and excellent for your feet. They're comfortable, easy to walk on and have a big toe box whochy allows your feet do what they're designed for.
Sadly in the past 5-6 years corners have been cut and shoes are particularly bad in the area of soles. Highly ironic for a business calling itself the Walking Society.
The Beetle design studded rubber soles typically get flat and bare in 3-5 months (I've purchased scores of pairs) this is shockingly poor,, moreover given the main shoe structure can last.
Most baffling of all is the lack of interest from their customer service. They simply won't address the sole defect. A case of profit before customers.
Feels like once the founder retired and passed it on, the children couldn't care less about the business or are not capable.
Recently they celebrated 50 years as a business, they won't be celebrating 100.

Ordered over a week ago, the package is lost somewhere in Spain, customer service is only by email and is useless. However, they have arrived and they are fantastic!! Fit is perfect & they look amazing. I will be ordering from Camper again.

For some reason, shoes were returned to me from CamperOnlineStore. I have no idea why. The shoes themselves are fine, but as others have said, I think there is a big problem with the delivery service.

Sincerely wish I checked these reviews before buying.
It’s been 12 days of problems and I emailed customer service just now they respond after follow up to fill out a customer service form? I’ve already emailed you the issue!!!!
Saw a review for the most comfortable sandals to walk in and decided to order three pairs.
They arrive two are great, the fisherman sandals are too tight on the sides of my feet.
I follow the return instructions exactly and go back online to buy two more pairs.
Three bad things happen:
1. I get a notification that one of the items I ordered is out of stock after paying and that it will be refunded. The refund hasn’t come after 12 days of waiting.
2. My return is picked up the next day - tracking shows it is stuck in customs in Barcelona to this day, it’s been 11 days.
And as a bonus 3. My one pair from the second order arrives and it is sent to me as just the shoe box, no shipping box to protect it, literally the shoe box was mailed to me as is. Would they have accepted the return in that condition should I have wanted to return? Surely not.
Truly shocking customer service for what seems to be a good product with loads spent on marketing and brand association to make it “cool”.
All of that goes to waste if when it comes time to sell, you’re terrible at it. It isn’t even that hard!

I'm a Camper shoes buyer of over 30 years. Based on my recent online ordering experience with them, I will no longer be a customer. Customer services were very slow and eventually after 29 days advised me my order was "lost"in transit. They will refund me but I expect that process to take an age as well. Other competitor shoe manufacturers would of sent another pair or offered immediate refund. I found the whole experience so painful,so slow and Camper Customer Services slightly condescending. At one point I even included their CEO in an email. That did nothing...Very bad customer service.

Excellent shoes, but they don't make up for the terrible customer service. Twice now I have bought shoes in a sale, only to be told weeks after, that the shoes have sold out.
The first time they didn't send me anything, when I inquired about where the shoes were I was told they had sold out and given a refund. When I asked for the shoes in a different colour instead of the refund I got no response.
The second time it happened they sent me a completely different shoe to the one I purchased, so had to waste more of my time taking them back to the post office to return them in order to get my refund. A week later and they are still selling the shoe that is apparently sold out online. Total lack out accountability or care for their customer's time. Never buying camper online again

Tried exchanging a pair of new shoes for an exchange. Camper refused customer service was awful. No communication just horrible experience.
I finally asked our bank recover the payment. The bank gave Camper 45 days to respond. Which Camper never did.
After the refund was issued I went back into an online complaint I had written.
Camper finally responded.
Campers stated that we had kept the shoes. Which they refused to accept.
Unbelievable pain to deal with incredibly unhelpful and petty.
I donated the shoe to Goodwill.
Message to Camper after over two dozen attempts to communicate with customer service and return midsized shoes you actually have the nerve to say I took advantage of Camper.
Incredible waste of time the refund from the bank doesn’t add up to the hassle of buying from you.
