Nothing bad to say really, my process of going to a Canadian summer camp has been amazing and camp canada have made it feel very manageable. Also, I know I can ask them a question anytime I like, they come back quickly and you can always call them too.

My experience with Camp Canada so far has been very positive. The team has been supportive throughout the process, especially with documents like the work permit and insurance and solved all my doubts.

The preparation process is well structured and clear, with steps and helpful meetings to guide you.

The people responsible for hiring at this company are extremely rude—especially one woman who called me and shouted at me, accusing me of wasting her time.
Although the email stated that the company would contact me, the lady who called spoke as if she was already very irritated and looking for someone to take it out on. Her issue was that we had an appointment at 14:00, but we ended up speaking at 14:02.
She completely ignored what I was trying to explain—that I had attempted to reach her earlier, but due to poor signal I wasn’t able to connect in time (we’re talking about a 2-minute delay). Instead, she responded with sarcasm and told me I should “go somewhere else” if I want to have a proper conversation.
Her tone was extremely ironic and tense. I truly hope the rest of the staff is not like this, because situations like this show from the very beginning how negative a work environment can be.

I am writing this as a warning to any neurodivergent professionals—specifically those with autism—considering Camp Canada. My experience with this organization has been a textbook study in procedural negligence and direct discrimination.

My 2024 application was treated with utter contempt. When I requested the Reasonable Adjustment of a structured, scheduled communication pace to accommodate my autism, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics and condescension. Their "Sales Team (individual remains unnamed) chose to label my neurodivergent traits as a "bad impression" and a "lack of commitment," subsequently terminating my application.

The most disturbing element followed: during a subsequent appeal, senior management explicitly admitted that I had been "blacklisted". Under the Equality Act 2010, this is a clear act of Victimisation.

If you require an agency that respects legal statutory duties or understands the value of neurodivergent talent, look elsewhere. Camp Canada prioritizes their "sales funnel" over professional merit and the law.

This is the first time that i have used camp Canada! The process has completely removed the stress away from getting hired and they were supportive every step of the way. I managed to balance what they asked me to do via their application portal alongside finishing my degree! They were always just a phone call away and would call back quickly if no one was available. No question is too silly and they even have a dedicated wellbeing team to offer support.

I heard about Camp Canada through a friend who also had a great experience with them. They made the whole process super easy, starting with creating your profile. I really liked how they made it super clear and easy to create the profile that camps would look at and broke it down to a step by step process which helped it not feel overwhelming. As a first time traveler I was super nervous but camp Canada reached out multiple times to check in and their staff were really lovely in just reassuring me, as well as in helping in practical matters such as my application and booking flights. I’ve had such an amazing summer and would recommend camp Canada to anyone doing camp for the first time because they make it so much easier getting placed and getting the right documents

Since I was a child I always had the dream of being able to go to a summer camp until one day I found Camp Canada through TikTok, I started to apply and the process was really easy, even though the immigration processes changed for us Mexicans. Camp Canda never abandoned me and helped me at all times to fulfill my dream of being able to go to a summer camp. Arriving at Circle Square Ranch Grand River changed my life in many ways. There I was able to meet incredible people. I formed many new friendships around the world and I really enjoyed working there all the time.

Camp was amazing.
Camp Canada really did all the visa stuff for you making it a smooth and easy transition if this is your first time.

However I would recommend finding and going directly with a camp. I don’t think the help they provide is worth the cut of your pay that they take. Any information they give you you can find online and or ask your camp when you are applying.

Found Camp Canada when searching online for camps to work at for summer. Applying was quick and straightforward and got placed in a brilliant camp. Camp Canada were helpful when I had any issues over in Canada which made it stress free. Would highly recommend. Had such a fun time and made so many friends for life!

I was really worried going into the camp Canada process but the team was so helpful and on call whenever I needed some help. There’s so much helpful information on the website which calmed me down a lot, making the experience much more enjoyable

Camp Canada helped me find a great camp placement and guided me through the process of getting a work permit.

Really good at making it an easy process to follow and they're very quick and helpful when responding to emails and questions you may have. They're supportive throughout the whole experience even while you're at camp.

The process was easy and quick. However, the amount of money that gets taken out what you would be paid without Camp Canada is a significant amount.

I think it is good for if it is your first year but I would do it myself next time to avoid such a big hit on my paycheck.

I understand the process is “free” but it’s not really when you see your paycheck.

Overall, the company and staff are great and I had no issues.

However, every stage of applying through Camp Canada was smooth - they had regular phone check-ins, up-to-date guides on every part of the application process, and helped me secure an amazing summer placement in British Columbia.

All of the staff are so lovely and make it so clear that they are there to help in any way that they can. I never felt uncomfy asking for help throughout the process, and they provide so many useful resources! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an adventure :)
