Don't be put off by the negative reviews! I had a fantastic ordering experience with Camisa. I ordered on the evening of 29th Nov and my order was delivered on 2nd December. They were quick to keep me informed when some of the items I'd ordered were out of stock and provided prompt updates on dispatch etc. Excellent packaging, good quality items with long dates. I'll be ordering from them again.

The company seems to have no customer service. I did an online order over three weeks ago. I have not received my order nor have I been notified about when the order will be received. I have sent multiple eMails and left a number of answerphone messages- there never seems to be anyone actually answering the phone- and I have had no response. The company, of course, has my money!

The website offered a 20% discount on my first order for providing my email and phone number. After selecting a panettone and attempting to apply the discount, a message said the discount doesn't apply to this item. They collected my contact details but the promised discount was not applied.

Excellent products, fast delivery. Will shop here again and highly recommend!

Just ok so far…..just under £32 for 16 sausages is a bit steep….maybe they will be worth it on trying….I will update!
Worst thing was box just left on my driveway in the sunshine……no one rang the bell….i only noticed it as I was leaving for work….lucky I did as it was the hottest day of the year so far …25c.

This will be my fourth order from Camisa and I cannot praise them highly enough. The orders arrive in record time,and well packed. The fresh food comes in top condition and has always been of high qualty, especially their cheese and fresh pasta. Thank you Camisa.

A real pleasure to deal with this company. All the items arrived really well packaged and every care was given to all the items. Beautifully packed, in fact the best packing I have seen.
There was a small problem which was immediately acted on. Cannot fault them.

We are using them to re-stock our pasta supply, plus get some high quality cheese, salami and other Italian food. We don't even bother to buy those from high street supermarkets any longer. They are slightly more expensive, but much better qulity. All their food have a real italian taste, is superb quality and especially their pasta are very easy to cook.
Food was everytime very well packed and delivery was very convinient up to our doorstep.

Porcini mushrooms supplied did not appear to be first rate as they consisted mainly of small pieces which I could have bought elsewhere. The other items ordered were very good. Would have had 5 stars otherwise.
