Very happy sofa buyers
We bought a lovely sectional sofa from the Tottenham Court Rd store. The sales consultant, Cat Stokes, was extremely helpful both on the day and in her follow-up communication. The sofa was delivered promptly; the delivery guys happily carried it up the stairs and fitted it for us. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we'd definitely go back.

As an interior designer working with several furniture suppliers, I really like working with Camerich. The showroom staff are excellent, going out of their way with me and my clients and the post-sales process is just as smooth. Camerich Rubix Sofa
I ordered camerish sofa Rubix at west end shop back in September 2024. The sofa has arrived few days ago and it looks great. The colour and finish of the fabric is as expected. It looks and feels high quality. It was delivered by a team and assembled very quickly. The process of ordering the sofa was pleasant and very easy. I was served by Vinnie Reyat who was very helpful. Few weeks after placing my order I had some questions which were responded via email by Vinnie promptly each time.

Great service as well as sofas!
We've a Camerich sofa and stylish chair, lasted 8 years already without problems and when I have had question or wanted new cushions to match older materials/ style the in-house team have been great, always reply and offer solutions. Thanks to Vinnie for all his help with our latest addition.

Great service from start to finish
Just a note to say thank you to the Camerich team (especially Carolina, Sabrina and Robyn in customer service) for the wonderful customer service getting the style and comfort of our sofa just right. When it arrived initially it was too hard as the wrong foam had been used. Camerich came up with loads of options to resolve and we are now very happy with the result. Great consultation too on choosing the fabric and design as well. Thank you Camerich.

Hi I visited Camerich furniture store west end Tottenham Court Road branch back in the month of October 2024.i was served by a lady called Cat Stokes I was looking for a coffee table.There was a particular table that caught my eye it was a demo table and it was reduced in price but I notice that there was a dent on top of the table which I pointed out to Cat,Cat who acknowledge the dent and proceeded to look on her computer to see if there was any more tables of this design in there warehouse.she found that there was two tables left which were not demos but they were brand new.i purchase the table for the same price as the demo one.Cat said that I would be contacted by someone from the warehouse at a particular day to arrange a delivery date which they did.I now have the table in my living room and I am very pleased with my purchase I found Cat very helpful and resourceful.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I have bought 2 sofas in the last 10 years which have remained as good as new but I needed some clips for one of the sofas. Went to Swiss Cottage and Emily was so helpful, efficient and polite. Ishraq followed up within 24 hours to ensure the new clips were on order.
Emily and Ishraq are a total credit to Camerich. Will return to their showroom when I need to!!
