I was looking for a lens for my grandson and I spoke to Will from Cameraworld and he talked me through all options for my grandsons R7. I chose the Sigma 16-300mm, the ordering process was simple, the delivery was spot on, the lens was extremely well packaged and I can not thank Will enough for all of the advice.

The parcel arrived well packed and in good condition. The courier let me down a bit by telling it was going to be delivered the day after they received it but later that day they told me there was a problem and had to wait until the next day. Obviously this wasn't Camera world fault.

Bit of a calamity got there on the end
After ordering a tripod and gimble that was in stock and ships in 3-5 days I spent the next 2 months chasing up the order. I was initially told after it hadn’t arrived within a week that it was in their warehouse and would arrive shortly.
This then turned into various conversations with different scenarios of when and why over the following 2 months all initiated by me after the previous deadline faded away. Although I did eventually get the product and it was exactly what I wanted I did miss several opportunities to use the product abroad during this time.
I would like to thank Will who eventually sorted out my problem in the end.
I did have a bit of a chuckle to myself when I was contacted by Will who said he would upgrade my shipping now the product was in stock to 24 hour delivery and at no extra cost to me to make up for the delay.
If I had been told that the product would take 2 months to deliver initially on ordering then this would be a 5 star review as the price was very competitive and apart from the delay I had no other problems.

Super efficient and friendly service!
Super efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Very easy ordering process online (as well as a great stock), order was ready to collect the following morning. My camera was in really great condition, it was priced very reasonably, and the kind man who served me in store was a great help, offering me lots of wisdom and advice as well as helping me pick up all the other bits I needed. Great company and very nice people.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my Ricoh GR IV. Deepak was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. He’s a super nice guy, and I highly recommend this store. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service I received and couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Ordered two cameras on Tuesday paying extra for next day delivery BUT have received NOTHING from the company and it’s now Saturday afternoon. I’ve tried calling constantly yesterday and all day today and no-one answers.
Have they simply gone bust and taken my money?
I would avoid using this company at all costs. No-one answers the email to their main email address and no one answers the phones at either of their stores. Their online portal shows the cameras as being “delivered” and the order as “complete” with no tracking information or follow-up process available. They are a complete joke.
