I ordered a printed copy of my new keyboard user manual on the 30th Decemeber, as it was only available online. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and received the manual in 5 ring binders this morning 2nd January.
The manual looks great and I'm so impressed with the efficiency of this company.
If anyone is in need of a printed copy of their user manual don't hesitate, this company is amazing.

They supplied an excellent quality printout of the very long manual for the Lumix S5II in 3 small, quality binders. Very handy, so much easier to thumb through. Very happy with the service.

They use free-to-download camera manuals and charge for printing, which would be OK if the print quality was any good. I got a Leica manual that was very poorly reproduced. Some text was so faint it was unreadable. There are sample images from the screen menus to illustrate instructions that come out as black blobs. When I raised this with the company I got no response. Avoid

Ordered spiral bound manual for a new mobile phone I have purchased. Easily ordered, quick response to order, received order in next days post(just on 24hours in all), all at a very reasonable cost.
Excellent service and product. Will definitely use this company again for instruction manuals.

I’ve used this company several times over many years. From old obsolete cameras to current Apple products, they can produce a brochure for almost everything. High quality paper & print, all bound expertly, delivered speedily, and at reasonable cost. A real pleasure to do business with.

Having ordered a Leica manual from these people, not only was what I received of extremely poor quality, but when I complained that what they were showing on their website was absolutely not what I received, I received absolutely no response.

I advise anyone tempted to deal with this company to avoid them completely.

Ordered a camera manual on the 4th June, received an email back on the 5th saying it would be shipped that evening, parcel arrived before 09.00 on the 6th. The manual came in two parts. The quality is excellent. Would definitely use again.

Due to our Austrian custom authority, they send the manual two times back and return, and caused only damages. Anyhow, this company refunded me the complete amount and as promised I donated it for "Doctors Without Borders" and I know that this money will help the innocent victims in the most senseless war ever, caused only by the imperialism of the USA (NATO). The real agressor is only the NATO.
