Scam! DO NOT USE Teamwork locksmith

DO NOT USE Teamwork locksmith! I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission fraud reporting, the CFPB and I am filing a chargeback with my bank. 372 USD to unlock a 2017 Kia Soul…5 minute job. When I called, I directly asked for a quote to have my car unlocked. The person at their office said they were unable to give me a quote and that their service member would be calling — they could give me the price. The service member called a few minutes later and I asked the same question. He advised me the office is the one that determines the charge. 40 minutes later, the gentleman showed up. 5 minutes after that my car was unlocked. I was asked for my ID and my card, which regrettably I gave him. At no point was I provided a total amount before my card was run. He proceeded to ask me to sign the receipt for 372 USD; 39 USD for the service fee, 300 USD for the car lockout, 33 USD card fee for running my card. None of this was disclosed before my card was run. However, the man had my ID and my card, so I didn't feel like I had a choice but to sign. I own a 2017 Kia Soul which are listed as the 7th highest theft vehicle because they are so easy to break into. We aren't talking about a complicated job/vehicle like a BMW. Last guy who unlocked my car charged 70 USD. Their business practices are unethical, deceitful and dishonest. And they concealed their costs for a reason — because who would knowingly pay 372 dollars for a simple 5 minute car unlock on a 2017 Kia Soul?
