My Shutters didn't seem to fit. I contacted the firm and Tom, bless him, after several emails and photos later sorted it all out. As a thought came to him that the clips were the wrong size. I now have 2 beautiful shutters.I can't thank Tom enough for his patients and expertise. Pitty there aren't more like him. Thank you Tom.

Delays and glitch. Firstly I chased our order which was…
Firstly I chased our order which was overdue (past the estimated delivery date given) which is a good job I did as our order was placed and paid for but due to a glitch in the system wasn't forwarded to the manufacturer, we then had to wait 4 days for this to be sorted then wait another 10 days for the delivery. Finally got here so 6 weeks with nothing at the windows in our new build in Summer so woken up very early. One centre panel was unfixed at the mid rail so that had to be remade and sent too! Hence 2 stars but they do look nice and customer services were helpful.

Nice shutters. Fit well, look good. Only drawback was that we were not informed when they were dispatched, so we're out when they arrived. If they had told us, we could have rearranged delivery.

Impressive & just take your time
Read the measuring instructions a few times to make sure I was doing the right thing as ordering Tier on Tier for our lounge. Anyway ordered them & they arrived about 10 days later in 8 different boxes really well packaged which was a great start. If I had a criticism would have been nice to have had some printed instructions but in fairness watched the YouTube a few times & their on-line instructions which were fine. Now fitted & apart from needing to do some adjustments to the hinges look great & really impressive.

Lead time is long but everyone else quotes similar lead times for this product.
I’ll just say this company quoted half the price of my normal go to blind suppliers.
Shutters arrive packaged so well I thought they would be able to survive nuclear Armageddon. No instructions supplied but their website shows you how to do it. Once you’ve done one it’s easy. Frames go together easily and all 3 of mine were a perfect fit. Only order these if you’re not a danger with a drill or basic diy tools, you need some kind of basic knowledge to fit them. Once the frames were in and levelled up it is a simple case of attaching the shutter and doing any levelling up with the supplied packers (I needed to use one packer on all of the 8 hinges and that’s because that particular wall was horrendously out of line). Final job was to caulk the few gaps along the cills and the reveal behind the shutters to close up the tolerance gap that could be seen from outside. Not a single item was damaged, you get loads of spare bits and a pot of the best touch in paint I’ve used if you happen to mark anything when fitting them (my drill slipped on one and made a little mark that is now nowhere to be seen).
Would 100% recommend this company and their product and if I choose to get more, I will be going straight to California Shutters. Finished my rooms windows off perfectly!

great shutters at an amazing price
bought some shutters for my living room. Cannot reccomend them enough. I Had followed the measuring instructions and they fitted my window perfectly. No instructions with the peices but was very easy to install. basic instructions on the website but some people may prefer a basic guide withe the delivery. The quality of the shutters is of a vey high standard and they look amazing. if you're thinking of getting shutters i highly recommend these. Long delivery time so order them well in advance.

Great customer service
Had a bit of a wait for delivery, which seemed to be down to the courier and I then struggled to fit the blinds - which turned out to be me having ordered the wrong clips. Endless patience from Ellie resolved the issue and the shutters went up just like the adverts - in seconds! About to order some more, and I’ll double check the clips this time!
