Terrible Service - Poorly Trained and Incompetent Staff
The most incompetent and poorly trained service staff that I've ever encountered in Peru. Whoever designed Calidda's customer service process needs to be fired.
The staff in the San Miguel office in Lima have no idea what they're doing and they just waste peoples time. The customer service supervisor for San Miguel store needs to be fired and replaced.
It took from Monday until Thursday just to get them to process the paperwork. We were in their office for more than 2 hours per day for 4 days straight. 8+ hours wasted.
Each time we'd go we would get told a different thing. By Wednesday they'd run out of excuses and realized they'd been given the right paperwork everyday for the previous 3 days.
So, they waited until 4:58pm (over an hour after it was given to them and over an hour after they'd told us it was valid) to tell us they'd misplaced one of the forms they'd be given, yet again, that day. And they told us that we would need to go and print the form - and that we wouldn't be allowed back in that day because they had a 'staff training meeting' - so we'd need to come back for a fourth day.
When asked if they could just print it there and process it, or go and find the one they'd been given that day - they told us they can't print forms in store. And then they told each person next to us that they would print forms for them.
You're a failure Calidda and you reflect poorly on Peru! 🇵🇪🤦🏼🤦🏼👎🏻
The two Peruvian's I was with for all four days, were so shocked at the terrible service, and utterly annoyed, that they're now entering complaints into the Government complaint book.
