Excellent service! Recently contacted Calibrate U.K Ltd regards a repair and PAT test of an Ultrasound Machine . A speedy service at an excellent rate.
Communication was also excellent throughout and when I recently contacted because I had misplaced the User Manual for the machine they sent me a copy straight away via email that day to save me having to source one myself.

I am very pleased with the service I have always received from Calibrate UK. Recently I spoke to Nikki, who phoned me back on both occasions as she said she would. She then arranged for a visit to my practice if only all companies were like this.

Horrendous service! I plead to everyone to not use this company. Dan was the previous operations manager and done a great job. Now they have some unprofessional person called ‘Mike’ michael o’callaghan who does not have an ounce of professionalism or ability to organise any operation. The director tom is no better only looking backing his organisation rather than hearing out what the customer is saying. So many errors like wrong amount of time given for bookings, no stickers on items, lateness, sickness. They even forgot to calibrate an item so had to return and charged a visit fee for their own error again. Please do not use them. They have no ability to help anyone. I work for the nhs and they couldn’t care less. They wouldn’t even honour their future bookings and simply said they want to stop working because we have had too many issues!

My. Experience with this company is a negative one I rarely would write a review of any kind however on this occasion I was left annoyed and disappointed with the service I had with this company.
The staff were rude and did not work around us as agreed when asked how you check ear thermometers I was dumbstruck and appalled when the engineer said I put it in me war and use me on own temp!!!!!!
Inaccurate results surely and I’m still waiting for my certification but by the looks of it I will get a reputable company in to re test

Awful company run very poorly with out of date techniques, are very cheap and it’s true you get what you pay for I used this company after falling for there low prices I was told by the technician that there calibration equipment has never been calibrated annually when I asked for these documents I was not provided which is worrying . Rude staff our practice is up in Manchester I will be using Williams again that way you know you are getting the best possible care please don’t fall for this company avoid at all costs !!

We needed an urgent calibration of our vaccine fridge. I have to say that the person I spoke to at this company, Dan, was so professional and efficient in providing an engineer within days. He could not do enough for us and we totally appreciate all his efforts to help us so quickly. He's a credit to this company.
