Absolute worst logistics company on the…

Absolute worst logistics company on the planet. I can’t even begin to tell you how many difficulties I’ve had with this logistics company over the last year. Packages not delivered, really poor customer service if you can even get a hold of a customer service agent. Seriously this company could not be worse if it was actively trying to be bad.

This company uses a last mile delivery local delivery center that is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. I swear it must be run by people they picked out of a lineup who are specially known for a complete and utter lack of any executive functioning skills whatsoever. Packages get delivered to me without any issues approximately 50% of the time. The other 50%? Oh my God. I can’t even tell you how much time in my life I’ve wasted on the phone or via email or on the WhatsApp chat, trying to get help from this company. The customer service answers are stock answers, they often make no sense whatsoever, and you can never really, truly get from anyone where your package actually IS. You can talk to three different people consecutively, and they will all give you different answers about where your package is. I’m not making that up.

I was on the phone yesterday trying to get information about a package that was not delivered to me. At that point, the agent asked me how I got the phone number that I called (it’s a saved contact in my cell phone because I’ve had to call so many times), and proceeded to tell me that the reason why she’s asking is because they’re eliminating the phone support and encouraging people to use email and WhatsApp. So: not only is it the worst customer service on the planet, but they’re actually REDUCING the quality of service because now you can only “talk” to them via chat or email. UNBELIEVABLE.

Right now I’m in a situation where my package is marked as “out for delivery“ for six days now. After multiple emails, phone calls, and chats on the WhatsApp, after multiple people telling me that the package is anywhere from “not in the country yet” to “with the delivery driver,” they finally resorted to lying and updated on AliExpress that the delivery “failed” and needs to be reattempted. I can’t make this up. They are actually lying about trying to deliver my package; even though they’ve been to my address, dozens and dozens of times, they what? Are suddenly unable to find my address? Find my driveway? Find my front door?

And this is not the first time that this company has lied about the status of my packages, either. These packages are supposed to be delivered by drivers as a last mile delivery, and I can’t tell you how many times it’s sat in a warehouse for a week or more only to be put in the US mail and marked as “delivered.”

Seriously, if I could give this company zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. It’s really a shame that anything you order from AliExpress is usually delivered by this company, because you’ve got a 50-50 chance of actually GETTING your order. I could make this review more elegant, but I’m so angry about this company right now I don’t even want to bother taking the time; I’ve already wasted hours and hours of my life with this company to date. Do yourself a favor: avoid this logistics company at all costs, even if that means shopping somewhere else that DOESN’T USE THEM.

Update: so now this company is flat out LYING in their tracking information about why my package has STILL not been delivered, eight days late: they’ve listed on AliExpress that “Your package delivery was unsuccessful. Recipient uncontactable. Please contact carriers to schedule a redelivery. Sat | Mar. 28 00:48” THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. I even have a screen shot from a WhatsApp chat during which an agent said to me, “I am sorry you didn't receive your package on time; it's possible the driver entered the wrong information regarding the delivery failure.” An attempt to deliver my package was NEVER MADE, yet here this company is, completely lying about it. Which mucks up AliExpress’s delivery guarantee protections by listing this reason, that this is somehow MY FAULT that my package has not been delivered. COMPLETELY MORALLY BANKRUPT COMPANY.

After reading through several dozen reviews of this company, I noticed that when Cainiao responds to these reviews it is ALWAYS with the same canned response: “Dear customer, We are sorry for the unpleasant experiences with logistics, To help you solve the problem, we kindly ask you to provide us with your email address, tracking number and related information. Best regards,
Cainiao Logistics Customer Service Team” - they say this no matter WHAT the issues are raised in the review, no matter that people say they’ve contacted the company multiple times.

So: Cainiao can’t even get THIS right, they cannot even do last-resort follow up right. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They won’t deliver to a PO box or to…

They won’t deliver to a PO box or to the UPS Store. I gave them a Google Maps link for my home in Carmel, CA, per their request, and they say my home is not in a location they can deliver to. Whatever I give them, they don’t accept. Do not buy anything from a company that uses Cainiao as their delivery service.

Can’t do their one job right

I waited down in the lobby of my building all morning. Per the timestamp on the tracking info, I was down there when the driver allegedly attempted to deliver my package and failed. I know this is a lie because no truck was ever out front of my building, I never received a phone call and no attempt was made to use the gate code to access. They are straight up not trying and then lying about it, and customer service is completely ineffective. They can’t tell you any information that can’t be gleaned from the tracking website, won’t reach out to the warehouse or driver on your behalf, and again will lie by promising delivery in 1-3 days. Since they are useless, their jobs should be eliminated. Do not use this company, they cannot be trusted.

Cainiao Logistics is intentionally…

Cainiao Logistics is intentionally misreporting tracking data and failing to dispatch locally arrived packages. My order has been stagnant at their Landover, MD hub for over 48 hours. Despite being 10 minutes from the facility, their 'support' is a non-functional WhatsApp bot and agents who provide vague 'next week' timelines for items already in my zip code. This is not a shipping delay; it is a total failure of their Maryland logistics node and a breach of the 'Choice' delivery contract. Avoid any seller using Cainiao self-operated shipping.

It’s all been good! So far..

Ok you might not take my word for it id understand if you didn’t, the one stars speak way louder and I might join em but as for right now they’re really good, ive had them deliver my packages twice before and there hasn’t been any problems (yet) im rating them 3 stars cause yea my experience has been great that doesnt mean ill recommend it. The CAINIAO France is the worst and…

The CAINIAO France is the worst and laziest delivery bunch of scoundrels (this may not be called as company). Once again they have not delivered my item from TEMU. I will write the worst review each time when they lose my deliverance.
When I ordered my items it was written that delivery will be carried out during 3 day in France. In fact the package was arrived after 5 day (28 Feb 2026) to the local regional office of CAINIAO and since that time was not delivered. Shame on that lazy stupids.

CAINIAO France est la pire bande de livreurs (on ne peut même pas appeler ça une entreprise). Une fois de plus, ils n'ont pas livré mon colis depuis TEMU. Je laisserai un avis catastrophique à chaque fois qu'ils ne livreront pas.
Lors de ma commande, il était indiqué que la livraison serait effectuée sous 3 jours en France. Or, le colis est arrivé 5 jours plus tard (le 28 février 2026) au bureau régional de CAINIAO et n'a toujours pas été livré. Quelle honte !

Absolute dogshit shipping services

Absolute dogshit shipping services, hopping from shopee to lazada gave me whiplash because of how bad the shipping is. My first package was held in pre transit for almost four days even though I live in a country right beside where the package should be, information on where my package is and its status is an mystery and I have the feeling the box is prob damaged as hell basing of the way they treat other customer's packages.

The worst experience

The worst experience i’ve ever had with a company. The company marked my package as “ wrong address” when it wasn’t. I tried providing an updated one in order to help them find my home. Which only turned out to be pointless. I had to update the address 5 times because they refused to actually update it after every email exchange. Eventually, I was able to get it “fixed”, only for them to tell me a week later they lost my package. I’m a long time customer of Aliexpress but I will probably not purchase from them again since this is the company they choose to do business with. After reading others reviews, I’m starting to feel like this entire company is a scam.

organised crime and theft on a commercial scale

Displays every hallmark of a criminal organisation.
25 days after the shipment landed in Australia and 7 days after clearing customs they still haven’t provided a single update about last-mile delivery, no courier details, no delivery date. Instead, they suddenly claim “recipient uncontactable,” despite having the correct address and mobile number in the tracking info. We have a 24/7 front desk, a staffed lobby, and my phone is always on.
They can’t be reached. They can’t be bothered.
This looks like organised crime and theft on a commercial scale

LOST!!

First Ebay order, it was coming from China and when it got here it was delivered to the wrong address and lost.
Second order from Ebay coming out of China, tracking stopped a month ago, no delivery, LOST. This is the most useless courier service going. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Terrible company I don’t know why…

Terrible company I don’t know why Aliexpress used them it’s a bad rep on their name… I have about 9 packages with this company currently in their possession since February 14, 2025 none has been delivered they keep using the excuse about “delivered failed” due to wrong address which is false and I have mutiple screen shots. I’m convinced they are stealing packages and just marking it as wrong address continuously so that they don’t have to deliver it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, wasted money. I see all of their responses under other peoples reviews and it’s a terrible bs robot response…. Who knows if I will even get my packages

"Out For Delivery" for 72 Hours, Eventually Arrived

I was leery when an online retailer shipped my purchases with Cainao. Although I did receive my packages, they were still delivered later than expected and were "out for delivery" double/triple the expected time, a major inconvenience.

PROS: Due to delays on Cainao's part, I was not able to be at home to receive my delivery, but the courier called me when he was in front of my house and was willing to leave the packages at a neighbor house at my suggestion. The courier was very polite, professional, and accommodating - a great delivery person.

CONS: I had no idea which local service was delivering my package once it arrived in Mexico! Cainao doesn't share that information, and since their tracking numbers cannot be used on third party package tracking apps or sites, I had no way to find out. My order was shipped in two packages, one of which was "out for delivery" for 72 hours, the other 48, though both were delivered together at the same time. I'm extremely lucky the courier worked with me (and also grateful for my neighbor) because being at home for 72 hours straight just to receive a package is not reasonable.

OVERALL I would not recommend Cainao and will not shop with retailers who ship with them again. Cainao's lack of telemetry and transparency not only wasted my time with inaccurate delivery dates - it leaves me with serious concerns about packages shipped with Cainao in the eventuality something does go wrong. Looking over experiences here, I fared a lot better than most. 5/5 stars for the courier, 1/5 for Cainao, so overall 2/5.

Utter shambles, staffed by morons

Went twice to collect a parcel for which I'd received an SMS with locker number and code. There are no lockers, just shelves in utter disorder. Couldn't find my parcel on two different days, with two different staffers both equally useless and uncommunicative. The QR code on the wall leads to a Chinese tracking app that says ' not available in this country' . It amazes me that a company the size of Alibaba trusts its business to such a disgraceful outlet.

IN ANSWER TO CAINIAO'S REPLY, THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS THE PARCEL HOME SENDER REFERENCE WAS SHOWN IN THEIR SMS AS: DSVPH0025 86797. TRUST PILOT WILL NOT ALLOW AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO BE ENTERED HERE, BUT CONTACT DETAILS WILL HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH MY ORDER.

Package left (thrown) on front lawn

I had a disappointing experience with a recent delivery. The package was left on the front lawn rather than being placed securely on the porch - we only saw it based on their proof of delivery photo.

From the way it was left, it appeared the parcel may have been dropped or thrown from the vehicle instead of the driver exiting the vehicle to complete the delivery properly. This is concerning, as the item could easily have been stolen or damaged, and it was left exposed to the elements. It was only by luck that the contents were not fragile and that the package was still there when it was found.

I would expect a basic standard of care when delivering packages, particularly ensuring they are left in a safe and secure location. I hope the company reviews its delivery practices to prevent this from happening again.
