Missing parcel..
Unfortunately my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and I had received someone else’s parcel as my address label had been stuck onto another parcel. I contacted the courier who told me to contact the seller to open an investigation. 12 days later and still no investigation into my missing parcel and I spent over £300. The shipping cost had also come out of my account 9 days later than the purchase date! I will not be purchasing from CAIA Cosmetics again as the help from customer service is hard work!

Sad that I spent so much Money on products that are wayyyy to overhyped.
The Formula of blush und bronzer is so weird. Whatever you use (fluffy oder compact brush, fingers, you Name it) nothing works. And to scrape off the top Layer of product can not be the Solution!

The Caia Cosmetics Wake Me Up Cream…
The Caia Cosmetics Wake Me Up Cream unfortunately turned out to be a complete flop for me. I spent a long time deciding whether to get the peachy shade or the light pink one. The formula felt quite thick, and instead of brightening my under-eyes it actually emphasized my dark circles even more.
The shade I chose was probably too light for me, but the darker one would likely have been too dark. Overall, it didn’t live up to the hype at all. Sadly, this product will probably just sit unused.

We recommend using a very small amount of the product and applying it with your fingers, gently warming it up between your fingertips before applying under the eyes.
