Bought ZBrush Perpetual 2023 from them and it got added to my Maxon account within 2 days. I did it via their vfxsoftwaredirect portal but it all seems to be the same website. Overall it was as easy as it can be, even more so for a license that Maxon itself no longer supports via their own website.

Keep in mind that if you're getting ZBrush 2023 Perpetual, as Maxon itself doesn't sell it anymore it seems like they place an order and make a request to Maxon on your behalf. The order was tied to the email I used for purchase on the vfxsoftwaredirect site (which was also my Maxon one) so it went smoothly. If your Maxon email is different from your purchasing one you might want to contact support, but even if you need to do so their support was prompt and responded quickly.

Purchased Rhino from this company about a year ago. Had some problems with licensing recently after changing PC and they helped me sort it out the same day.

Bought some software, took a little bit longer than expected to come through but that was explained after. Had few issues with installation but got fairly prompt and useful help. Nice people to speak to. Expect to use them again.
