Bought fine art printing paper. They changed the price over the phone from online price. Agreed to pay, only to find out that it was even more due to VAT. Which I thought was included in the higher value

Pestering and harassment for renewals. Once you cancel your subscription or opt out from renewing a cad license the following year they will harass and spam you continually despite being told not to a number of times. i have followed their protocal to opt out from renewing my lisence dispite this.. one of thier employees called Aurangzaib Mahmood from TCS CAD & BIM Solutions Limited has continually ignored my reply emails requesting them to stop as well as stating my absolute disinterest in continuing with there average to poor services. I have blocked a number of there emails and have demanded to be removed from there emailing list with little success. I will instead be shutting down my account and initiating a report to trade standards. Hopefully they will get the idea after this.

Good prices, fast delivery, all good. My only request would be a dispatch notification.

Was going to order from another company who were quiet large but very rude, unhelpful and were much more expensive - but luckily found the same item from these guys at a much better price - i am new to printing so was a bit unsure on the product, gave these guys a rang, the gentleman on the phone was super polite and helpful - ordered straight after and it came next day! Genuinely great service and highly reccomend!

Placed my order through their website and then had to telephone to amend the order after it was dispatched. Very understanding and helpful, changing the order was no problem and sent the changed item which I received the next day. Would certainly use them again.

i ordered some paper and paid instantly on th web. later on i got a phone call from your company said that they couldn't post my order to my residential address. however, i work at home and company is registered in company house with my home address.

waste of time, drop shippers with long delays. They don't do email.
