Only part of order received
Only part of order received. Found it a hassle to sort their error out. Told the missing item should be delivered one week after the original delivery date.
EDIT: One week after the original delivery date the missing item has still not arrived.

Appalling. Ordered an item that had not arrived 10 days later. On ringing, was told it would be reordered and received next day. Did not arrive. On ringing again, was told it was still in the warehouse and may be delivered the next day. It was not. On ringing a third time, was told it was still in the warehouse. Cancelled order and have requested a refund - will wait to see if that arrives!

Do not use this joke of a company, took a month to process application to completion.After 2 weeks I informed my employer do not want to go ahead.They then tell you your 14 days cooling off period start’s when you submit application even though you don’t know if you have been accepted, so after 4 weeks without confirmation you are out of your cooling off period.I now cannot cancel my agreement.customer service are pathetic

Ask how long been trading but don't specify in what form. The director also has another company that is breaking the law( CCGH PROPERTY LIMITED) not a registered property co. They have been reported

Don't buy from this Company
Despite boasting Next Day Delivery, Caboodle appears to leave sourcing the goods until long after the company has taken the customer's money. I waited nearly four weeks for delivery, by which time I was considering using the Small Claims Court to obtain a refund.
At no time did I receive any email communication from the company, which increased my doubts about its bona fides. Although the goods were eventually despatched, the company's failure to email even a simple confirmation of the contract is unacceptable.
I shall only purchase from recognised suppliers or Amazon in the future, as my experience has taught me to be very wary of the exaggerated claims made by this sort of website.

The refund process is awful
I received items on time but due to a very sudden change in work circumstances I had to arrange to return and refund pretty quickly. Firstly, the number on their website is non existent and you have to beg them to call YOU using their "call me back" form. The items were collected by their courier within a couple of days and then absolute silence. I received an email from them that was meant for another customer entirely, and when I responded explaining that they had emailed the wrong person but enquired about MY refund I have not had a response. Now a month since my items were collected, I have contacted them 4 times to no avail. All I am asking for is some communication. I have now had to take this up with my card issuer. I won't use this company again or suggest anyone else does for that matter.
Good pricing, prompt delivery
When I saw all the negative reviews on this site, I almost abandoned my order. However, the competitive pricing made me take the risk. My stationery arrived safely within a couple of days of ordering. Great pricing, great service.
TOOK A WHILE BUT ARRIVED EVENTUALLY
Well, I came across Caboodle whilst looking for a reasonably priced Dymo 4XL Label Printer.
I was a bit apprehensive about using Caboodle at first due to the price (looked too good to be true) and all the poor reviews.
But after checking the dates of the reviews, I took a chance due to a lot of them appearing to be from during the height of the CV19 lockdown when the world literally stopped dead for most people and realising some people are very impatient and want everything yesterday!
So ordering from Caboodle worked out well for me personally......eventually.
I say eventually as it did take over a month to receive my item (order date July 20th - Delivery August 28th), but as I'd ordered at a good price, I was prepared to wait it out and wait it out I did.
I'm guessing Caboodle were struggling to get hold of stock due to a shortage caused by Dymo slowing manufacturing and all the big retailers, with better purchasing power getting priority, the same ones who I might add also increased their prices massively, due to so many many people taking to selling online during the CV19 lockdown and taking advantage of those buyers who ended up having to to pay more.
Some places were selling the DYMO 4XL at over 3 times the normal price!
Caboodle never did this, so hats off to them for not trying to rip off their customers!

Order for cleaning products …
Ordered cleaning products with an estimated delivery of mid-July. Still waiting. An email saying someone tried to deliver on 17th July (NOT true) and promised to look into this and get back to us. Nothing as yet - 1 month on. Very poor communication. Please, please read other reviews on this company before placing an order. It does not seem to be a one off.
Taking money for items they don’t have
Ordered and paid for a printer on a Tuesday that stated it was in stock. They decide to email me 2 days later to state it was out of stock and I had to wait 3 weeks for delivery!
Don’t sell items you don’t have in stock simple!
