great - easy to use website

Cable Wholesale is great carrying the items I want to buy and shipping as quickly as the items come in. Customer service is helpful and friendly.

This is my first time ordering from this company. I have placed my order, and have paid for my order, an extra for fast shipping. The website says the items are in stock. I expect my order to be received on time. I just read a review on here that said they paid for their items up front, only to be told 3 days later they were out of stock. If the items are out of stock I expect to be informend before I placed my order.

I placed an order with no problem. Paid with a credit card, gave them their money up front as they requested, only to find out three days later that the items are out of stock. They should not have sold me anything knowing they did not have the items. Bad business.

Ordering on site is easy, quick e-mail response from customer service. Never had a problem so far with deliveries.

Website was easy to navigate. Ordering was simple. Just placed my order so I will update when I receive it.

Great selection and low prices. Awesome customer service, they actually called me the same day i ordered to let me know one of my cables was back ordered. I have never had a company take the time to do this before.

The order process was quick and easy. I only have 1 suggestion is to give an estimated date of arrival once the order has been submitted, or better yet, when estimating the cost of the shipping.

Having that information would be very helpful, especially when the order relates to a specific W/O, P/O, or Job Quote.
