Second time I've ordered from them - easy online ordering

Easy to fill out the application for items to be delivered straight forward just follow the instructions

Easy to navigate site, always have a full stock hardly ever see not available & a great customer service.

Straight forward process to place order. The website is easy to use. What I appreciate most about this company is their apparent honesty about what to expect in relation to order times due to delays from COVID-19 and the high demand for the items that I ordered. I believe they will do their best to get the order to me as quickly as possible.

Excellent! I'm so glad to have found Cable Wholesale during these times of Covid. They carry so many hard-to-find items that can't be found anywhere else and shipping is so fast (usually 1-2 days from when order is placed). Customer service is all-around excellent! A+++

The last 3 or 4 times we have ordered cables there have been very generic items on backorder. A first class cable company should not have a standard 25 ft. Cat6 cable on back order and they always seem to be. Prices are great, item availability not so much.

As a "non-techie" I really appreciated how clearly the specifications for each items were described. Likewise, I found the website to be intuitive to use: unlike other websites for similar merchandise - which often require a base knowledge of technical terminology.

I ordered the wrong size wire sleeving. Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me the return authorization for the old one and placed an order for the new one. EASY!
