I'm running fibre between a garden office and house and was looking for the fibre cable and some thoughts on installation. Whilst they were able to provide an option for the cable, there was an issue with the size of the pulling sock and they had zero suggestions on how to solve this saying they're not an installation company. There was zero initiative there from the person on the phone to help.
If you can't advise your end users how to install the cable or solve the problem then we're not going to be able to buy from you. Frankly I'd prefer to purchase one of your cables rather than some rubbish from amazon but you're not helping yourselves.
Whilst they might be great for companies that install cabling and fibre etc, for an end user this was an awful experience and I wouldn't recommend them.

I've ordered 3 times from Cable Monkey and I can't fault them. Speedy delivery and there's always someone 'friendly' to help you on the telephone without queuing (that makes a change nowadays). Highly recommend.

Ordered a few hundred cat 6 cables of different length and colour, turned up in right quantities and on time. No complaints. Quality of cable and connectors is good as well. Price was very fair

Don't waste money on next day delivery.
So I have ordered an item before 4pm which is the cut off for next day delivery, paid extra for next day delivery and the courier have failed to process the item within their network.
When asked for a refund for the expedited delivery costs I was told they don't offer refunds for this.
Really silly considering I paid for a service and don't get the service therefore refund me for....that service.
Pretty bad experience, ordered a usb cable which did not match the advertised specification and got no response from their customer service in 3 weeks, and a PayPal dispute would require me to pay the return postage for something that wasn't as advertised and so their fault
Ordered something for next day delivery - I needed it next day - and they failed to deliver next day. This should be okay, we all understand stuff goes wrong. But rather than just giving me my money back they made me jump through all sorts of hoops. First they weren't going to pay for return postage. Erm, you didn't deliver as promised. That's your fault - not mine. Then they didn't refund the full amount. They deducted the cost of postage. I mean, that's just taking the pee. Seriously people - it's basic customer service. If you fail to deliver what you are selling, the customer must not be left out of pocket.
Super speedy delivery, very impressed. Will purchase from here again.

There was a problem with my order but I was immediately contacted by Olivia, who went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted out in a very timely fashion. I've not had this standard of Customer Service in a long time. A+++++
Utterly, totally and absolutely fantastic. Immediate responses to queries, Voluntarily and spontaneously helpful. Special cables made to order arrived within a few days very well packaged. So refreshing in these days of general indifference to deal with a competent firm with a positive, enthusiasric approach to customer service. Highly recommended. Just great.
Weekend order - Monday morning I get a call asking me to clarify the order details (I had ordered additional components incorrectly) this was quickly put right and even a small refund was sent same day. It is great to see someone actually checks the orders - takes the time to clarify anything - and delivers when said. Very impressed by the thoughtful human touch.

Courier they use is not to be trusted, I would go elsewhere next time. The products received are fine however when nobody was at home the courier left a parcel containing £200 of goods on my door step which is located on a main road. I was very lucky that the goods did not go missing.
I needed a couple of decent 10m Cat6 patch leads for an FTTP install.
Reasonable price, not the cheapest but quality was spot on. I tested both leads with a (borrowed) Fluke and they’re bang on spec.
3 day delivery for an in stock item actually ended up the next day!
I ordered a 20m Cat6 Booted UTP RJ45 Patch Lead on a 5 day delivery service. It arrived on day 3 and the lead is very good quality. Thank you Cablemonkey!
Cable Monkey Advertise and sell a product as being EASY the rj45 utp ,and it is anything but easy . i had to open the product to find out that its very difficult to assemble but they wont refund me .very won't be shopping there again
