Most companies don't care post sale. C247 were very exceptional post sale. Sending emails to check how everything was and helping when I needed it.

Like a few people have mentioned here, i was initially a bit sceptical, as the price for the phone seemed too good to be true. It's exactly as described though, so i'm well chuffed. Lauren was super-helpful with my queries and got back to me to answer my Q's both quickly and competently. Genuinely brilliant service, i'd absolutely buy from here again.

Had never used C247 before and, as product was offered at an excellent price, I was a little wary about ordering from them. Any doubts were dispelled though by the excellent service received. Brand new product arrived by next day delivery. Judging from my experience, I would certainly use C247 again.

I've never heard of C247 until I watched their YouTube reviews a few months ago. The service I received when I bought a Sony Xferia 5 III was so much better than I've had at argos. Lauren answered all my questions on the live chat and was genuinely interested in helping the customer (which can't be said for alot of places). Phone came literally next day definatly going to buy from them again, can't believe I've never seen them up until now

I was skeptical at first but Laura was very helpful with all what I needed. The earbuds are great and real and the best thing is that I saved £40. Definitely best quality price.

Great price with quick and efficient delivery - what’s not to like!

Lovely customer service and really efficient service. And the best price for the phone i wanted anywhere! When the delivery company couldn't deliver as quickly as they'd like, Lauren let me know straight away and even reimbursed £5 for the trouble. This is a company that values their customers, and that's a rare thing.
