Mostly happy with their products. The only problem is that the size charts on their website don't match at all with the actual sizes of the items. You can send back the items (usually oversized), but it's somewhat a fuss to need to do this almost every time.

My order was a click & collect, the parcel was sent but never arrived to the store... The customer service can't tell me where my parcel is. I've asked for a refund but didn't receive it yet. I'm not buying anything from them again

First shops have little choice so u are obliged to go online..As we changed to QR codes, I couldn’t use the usual slip. Chose bank transfer.. Called up the client service and they only made me loose my time. First time I got hung up and after 2nd call and wait Instead of giving me a postal code so I can finish payment they are just saying we need an order number and bla bla we will send u an email. I only wanted a postal code. My payment got cancelled as the session closed down. Soo useless customer service..
THEY SELL DAMAGED ITEMS
The worst thing from this Company (I have other minor complaints, but let's forget it) is that they send DAMAGED ITEMS TO YOU. Yes, you've read correctly. THEY SEND DAMAGED ITEMS. And the Customer Service tries to convince you there is nothing wrong with the itens. I bought a pair of trousers labeled 32 and they were a 34 (in a sewing store I went to they said the waist was incorrecty sewed in the pants) and a jumper was sent with lines coming out!!!! This company thinks their customers are stupid!!!

Ordered from them, size did not match my order, it was regular on the site and what I received was slim. I know because I have the same item bought from their stores. When going to return I found out that you can only return to one of their warehouses in Europe even if they have 10 stores in my city. Cost to return was 30% of the item price. Decided to keep the item but never purchasing anything from c-and-a online ever again.
C&A is a thieving business
One of the worst experiences with online shopping I've ever had.
I order some goods online and after a few days, I receive the notification that the goods have arrived. Which is weird, because it had to be signed for receipt and no one was home at the time.
I have created a ticket for this issue to either find my package, or return my money.
I has been two months since that ticket has been created! Apparently they try to make those issues die a silent death in order to not have to pay back the money. C&A is running a robbery business and it seems like they're proud of it.

Don't buy online if you expect to return
The online store has a very good offer of different items, but I have had a horrible experience sending stuff back and never receiving my money, they lost the package in their distribution centre and never gave me my money back, with that also came a lackluster customer service, they have declined comminicating via paypal, just telling me I should contact their client service (I only contacted through paypal when client service hadnt resolved the issue in a month), client service themselves asked for information I have sent them muliple times (before and after the paypal communication attempt) but they have never gotten any further in resolving the issue other than saying they can't find it after they did tell me in the beginning that they received it. I should have been given my money back, since accoring to Dutch law their time to give it back (14 days) counts from the moment I have made them aware of my return, not them actually receiving it, plus I can prove I have given it to the return service, and that they have themselves confirmed receiving the return package in their distribution centre. The fact that they keep telling me they'll send me a message when they find and process the package and then never let me hear from them again until I contact them (and then ask me the exact questions as before) is ridiculous, it's been 2 months, and there is nothing I could've done different, no mistakes were made by me in the process.

I spent 2000-3000EUR every year to update my closet with C&A clothing, they can forget about that; phone customer service (NL - Karoline) is incredibly rude and raising voice at customer when customer caught her giving information that's not relevant to the order in question! Refunding issue is still not solved in 4 months! Enough is enough.
Never again C&A
I ordered 3 items and received an email after a week that order was delayed. I emailed them to cancel the order as I needed the item for special occasion. They then sent me tracking number immediately but it took another 5 days to get the order. Tunic shirt was missing the belt and I had to return it, it cost me 13 euros because someone didn't put the item I ordered. I explained it to customer service and requested money back for return as it wasn't my mistake, they stopped answering to my emails. Never again shall I buy from C&A
You have to cover the cost for the return yourself!
First of all, size M isn't always size M. I've ordered three pieces of clothing and had to return two because of the huge size difference. That brings me to the second issue. When you return an item, you have to cover the cost yourself. In my case, the value of the both items that I had to return was € 23. The cost to return it from Romania to Germany: appr. € 13 (standard rate) or € 22 (with acknowledgement of receipt). No more C&A for me! I'll stick with AboutYou or Zalando.

The worst service ever received. We bought a jacket and decided for a retour due to problem of the item. Now after almost 3 weeks we did not receive our money, we do not receive an email informing the status of the retour and nobody answers the phone!!! This is really the worst service ever seen. Will never and never buy again with C&A online.

Staff rude and unhelpful in Weert. I wanted one sweater from the manequin and the workers there said its not possible and if I coukd try online. Look, I know everyone is overworked but its not such a crazy request, you can dress your manequin with the same sweater from a different size and it looks the same.
I used to buy all my kids clothes there. They just lost about 1000e worth of turnaround per year with me.
C&A wasted my time a lot
C&A wasted my time a lot, and gave me an experience before Christmas which will be difficult to forget. The worst logistics ever could be ok for C&A, however the customers must not suffer from it waiting for nothing. In the meantime I got 2 emails from C&A that I have to wait longer and longer, which apparently was an absolute lie. It's very unpleasant for me that C&A treats the customer such way.
