A total game-changer!
I hired a gorgeous Nadine Merabi dress for the weekend through ByRotation — it would have cost £350 to buy, but I rented it for a night and felt like a million dollars. The process was so simple and seamless. I love that I can now wear something amazing for weddings, Ascot, or a big night out without buying something new every time — it’s so much more sustainable and helps me declutter my wardrobe too. Rental is the future, and ByRotation makes it easy. Genius idea — highly recommend!

It arrived in perfect condition, clean, and carefully packaged, and Sarita was very accommodating with delivery, which I really appreciated. I've been loving ByRotation – it's genuinely changed the way I approach my wardrobe. I used to buy outfits, wear them once, then let them gather dust in my closet. Now, I rent them out instead. **RAT & BOA dress destroyed**

I had no response when dress was sent, no thank you or polite acknowledgement. Late sending the item back then was rude and didn’t even apologise. Wouldn’t provide proof of postage and stopped replying when asked for it.

My £200 Rat & Boa dress then came back absolutely DESTROYED. What should have been a simple £33.15 rental has now left me £248.15 down. I’ve had absolutely no response from her. She didn’t even have the decency to message me about the damage.

So far By Rotation have asked for everything from pictures, videos, receipts, notes from tailors to say it’s damaged beyond repair and I’ve still not been compensated.

I had a difficult experience with a seller on here. Do NOT rent from Barana1. I rented a dress for an important event 3 months in advance of the day. When it came to the day, the seller never sent the item. They never responded to any of my messages and also totally ignored the communication from ByRotation.

However, ByRotation themselves were extremely helpful. They issued me with a full refund after the lender did not communicate with them for over 24 hours. I was really impressed with their attentiveness and how quickly they said they would issue me with a full refund. Berry was very helpful.

Super convenient, lovely collection available to rent , I absolutely love adore the idea of being able to rent and rent out cloths. Store was in very convenient location so I could go easy

Absolutely lovely

Helping gain small income from this app. There was an issue once with the delivery, but the customer service was very fast and helpful. Got 5 times my item been rented out but there is no problem at all with the item condition.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a very bad experience with the lender Oliviakchalmers. The dress wasn't sent, and communication was AWFUL. After requesting a refund, By Rotation cancelled the order, their policy doesn't allow reviews after refunds. This means lenders like Oliviakchalmers have misleading 5 star reviews. Be cautious when borrowing from them!
