Site was easy to navigate with lots of…

Site was easy to navigate with lots of options for personalisation, we had alot of fun making our mini fig and was very impressed when it arrived 2 days later 😀
Our item was well packaged and we loved the display tin.
We're actually in the process of making our 2nd order and will hopefully be just as pleased when we receive it 🤞🏻

It's my second order.

It's my second order, which is a recommendation in itself. The figures are delightful, ordering is simple, they arrive promptly in a darling little tin, the price is reasonable - what's not to love?

No delivery

No delivery. Last status on March 20. No communication. All messages through customers channels left unanswered. I am wondering if this is not a scam...
Update: so I provided all order details to Byronbricks as a response to their request - and still no feedback
Thank you. The last update from DPD was on March 20 as "out customs authorities".
Update: 2 more weeks with no feedback and no money back (it's 12.05 today)...

Edit- I've asked DPD for an update, it looks like it was ready to be picked up but has been returned a few weeks ago so I'm looking for an update.
