Delivery
Maybe the cap I ordered is nice, I don’t know yet. On a Tuesday, I received notification that my delivery was on its way. I left the country for a two-week holiday on the Friday lunchtime - without the cap. Given the length of time between notification/delivery, it’s pretty frustrating that it hadn’t arrived by then. Annoyingly, I’m now hatless on holiday.
I wouldn’t have bothered to mention but so far I’ve received 4 emails from the company asking for a review, so here it is.

We are really sorry you didn’t receive your cap in time for your holiday. We can see that it was delivered Friday afternoon at 2.38pm so it just missed you. From being dropped at our courier on the Tuesday, this is actually a pretty standard delivery time, so we’re sorry that it wasn’t fast enough for you. We usually recommend our customers allow a week if they want an order for a specific occasion, and we do our best to ensure it reaches you on time. However once it’s with the courier it is obviously then out of our control. As a small business we value our customers and pride ourselves on our customer service, so we are sorry you weren’t happy with your experience. Hopefully you still get to enjoy your cap once you return from your holiday!
I also must add our review requests are automated and as a small business customer reviews are very important to us and so it’s necessary that we request them, but we apologise for the inconvenience.

Love my new purchases!!
My original order wasn’t delivered by the courier as they informed me it was damaged in transit. I contacted Byelleven to inform them of what had happened and they were so lovely and totally professional and resent the items straight away. I’m so pleased with all of the items I’ve bought, really good quality!!!!

Customer service was helpful
Customer service was helpful, the sweatshirt was really lovely and although I had a sizing issue the owners were kind and understanding and were forthcoming to accommodate a solution. Will shop here again in future and would recommend.

The bag is fine
The bag is fine, not as good quality as I was expecting, nor was it really long enough in the strap to wear comfortably as a sling (especially if you have bigger boobs)
