Bought several items I did wait a while but it was because it was a pre order item, and I changed my mind on one thing and I emailed and they got back to me straight away with no hassle! The wax melts are the best Iv ever had the sizzlers are amazing and easy to clean up after! Great deals love the bogof offers recently!!!

Had a few ferry homely products now and they are lovely. Couldn't fault them, quick delivery and well worth the money.

Recently bought a wax burner lamp which doesnt work after 2 days. Have to return faulty item at my own expense. Just want a refund now after the awful reviews over an exchange. Find it funny how there are no reviews on the actual website that should have been a warning sign but guess ive learnt the hard way!

I purchased a Matt lipstick in shade ‘Capri’ and the colour looked nothing like it did in the photo that was advertised on website. Delivery was £3 just for a little lipstick that was posted in an envelope & put through letterbox!!? This is how they make their money. Not too impressed as I was really excited to try Chloe ferry product as I’m a fan. Not going to bother wasting my money again very disappointed x

If I could rate 0 I would. This girl gets away with far far to much. How has this not come in the public eye when she scams so many people As I’m guessing I’m not the only one. People are probably a lot more wiser than I was than ordering from a site she promoted claiming how amazing this product was it was a company called “sallyne” also named as “box beauty” which does not even exist you can not get in touch with these people for the love of money as there a total scam. She does “ad’s” and full well knows there a scam as she acted as though it was only for 24hrs you could get 30% off. They taken £50 of my money 6 months ago and never received my goods I find it appalling how she gets away with it she can just say she had no idea it was a scam but of corse she did she will do anything for money literally. But karma will get this girl and I hope she looses everything she has she does not deserve it one bit. She’s a total fraudulent and I have my solicitor is this case and is very strong about the conclusion we have in mind. This girl is going to get bit. I suppose she deserves all the grief she gets and trolling and I for one do not believe in shaming people one ugly on the inside to be able to do this to people. Sorry to say and I wish I could be a better person and not write this but it’s a total disgrace and I’m absolutely furious about this event my blood boils. Chloe ferry get your act together you total fool.

Same issue as last review. Only received part of order but full payment taken. No reply to email sent to their customer service. Really disappointed. Probably need to raise a dispute through my bank. Do not order from seller.

I’ve ordered products that have not come. I tried to track the order and had to download a crap app to find it. Still don’t know where my order is!!! I emailed Ferry Homely about the order and I’ve had no reply. I’m really disappointed...... I just want my money back and I’ve a feeling I’m going to have to submit a claim through my bank to retrieve it.

I've ordered twice now from ferry homely products are brilliant just reordered a load more of the scented sizzlers smell just like they say my daughter loved the ariana grande scented sponge an my carpets smell amazing from the vac range always easy to track your products an arrives quickly would highly recommend

So I ordered something and the website assumed that my billing address is the same as my home address, and there was nowhere to change it. As I realised the second I was overly charged for an overseas shipping, I tried contacting them the minute i placed the order so they would change it or cancel it since I am a UK resident now and wont be able to return the package from my overseas address as I WONT BE THERE and get a refund. No one has been in contact with me for more than a week. So unprofessional, the customers needs should come first, this is just a tip.

The fakest, and this is not just about her appearance. She will promote anything just to get a bit of money (scammers). Her own products are questionable, they are of cheap, low quality. Her home, clothes, makeup line aswell as her own self screams tacky and cheap. The ‘entrepreneur’ can also be considered as selfish and careless I’m regards to the quality of her products, what she promotes, and going to dubai during a global pandemic- real nice touch Chloe

I'm actually disgusted at the lack of due diligence. Good people have lost money because you fail to do your "job" properly.

I purchased a makeup brush cleaning over 2 months a go and have received nothing!! No reply to many emails I've sent NOTHING! £25 down.
I then purchased a month later from her hustle site some of her home fragrance wax products and once again I have received nothing, all my emails come back to me as undelivered and I am £50 down!!!
I feel like such a mug thinking that I couldn't get caught out twice but £75 later boy am I wrong!!! I would avoid this women completely!! Total scammer and waste of time no wonder she can afford a G Wagon!!!!

Would give ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THIS WOMAN ADVERTISES. Ordered an item through a link she put on her Snapchat page. Item has not come, Fake Royal mail tracker number and website no longer exists. She should be ashamed of herself taking money from scammers. Shame on you 🤬

Absolutely disgusted..... wish I could give zero stars. Ordered unicorn onesie for pre order on 27th Oct...., still not received despite several emails with only automated response saying they will get back to me within 2 days..,, I had one normal reply saying they would resend my order out (despite it being out of stock online)

I’ve asked for a refund and had no reply and there is NO telephone number to ring..., what a scam!!!!

Well how stupid am I thinking was legit. Ordered the iwatch with 7 to 10 days delivery. No sign of it at all and no replies to any of my emails. Taken the money and cause i paid by card i can't get back £40 out my pocket now. Disgusting that your promoting scams

Ordered a blackhead vacuum remover chloe was promoting on snapchat. Saying it was the best thing ever etc. 3 months later and no sign of it. Website has gone, cant get in contact with anyone, the emails come back not delivered. Total scam
