They did not recognize the complaint because the problem did not manifest itself.
I had to find the source of the problem myself.
They cut the important part of the box almost entirely.
At least they gave me back a working record player.
They do not respond to the listed electronic contacts on the website.
Due to the missing paper invoice, the complaint had to be sent a second time through the store.
After the second complaint, the record player was returned without the box with fillings, only in the battered original box.
