This was the first online casino site…
This was the first online casino site that I gambled on. I was going through a mentally rough time, and I would just play on the site to cope. I didn’t realize how much money I was losing until about two months later, I asked for a receipt. I had gambled over 10 grand!, so I asked them to delete my account because it turned into a bad habit and drained my finances, but instead of deleting my account, they kept offering free chips luring me back in until I had no more to give, and I told them. They weren’t paying out anything on the site at all. My mental health wasn’t it the best shape, so I kept at it. Looking back, they could have at least told me about restriction limits etc…. if they weren’t going to fulfill my request, but they didn’t. After months of communicating they finally closed my account, and I haven’t been back on since, but I plan to take legal action. Fast forward, on March 11, I spoke to James about this matter through email, once I completed mental treatment, and he denied any wrong doing. I sent screenshots of me telling Buzz Luck that the gambling turned into a bad habit and about the financial strain that it placed on me, but they just kept offering free chips, and to this day don’t acknowledge any wrong doing on their part. If I were you, I’d stay far away from this site.
