Wow never heard of these people before…

Wow never heard of these people before I was looking for an airfryer and found there website not only was the item £50 cheaper the delivery and packaging was excellent If I require any other items I will definitely look at there website again thank you for your great service.BUY WITHTHRILLS super

Fake Goods - Chanel Coco Mademoiselle

Purchased Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Perfume but it was a fake.

Delivered in a hand written package, no invoice etc. Came from croydon had to return to a residential address in Scotland. Very dodgy.

Paypal buyer protection saved the day but they are still selling the item and I'm sure most people wouldn't be about to spot the difference.

I would avoid and buy from an authorised retailer.

I brought some AirPods 3rd generation…

I brought some AirPods 3rd generation at a discount £139 for my wife for Xmas, when I tried to connect them one did not work and then on further research found them to be fake!!!
Tried contacting them to no prevail.

Please just buy with care from there total con,

Advertising products they don’t have!

Tried to order Nintendo Switch Lite at buy now price twice. Both times refunded with no explanation. They are advertising a product they clearly do not have.

I would not recommend buying from this company - poor communication!

Our campaign has been very popular and unfortunately the product was sold out. We refunded the customer and sent a message via PayPal.

We clearly stated on our site that we were out of stock and that that the customer made an backorder. It's also written in the order form and invoice. We have sold over 50 units and are unable to restock . We apologise for any inconvenience.

From start to finish my shopping…

From start to finish my shopping experience was great. I was a first time buyer and not to say I was nervous it seemed like the deal was just to good to be true…second hand on eBay was more than the price I was paying. I emailed plenty of times and they never failed to respond. Highly recommend it gets a thumbs up from me

Simply Thrilling

I ordered Cyberpunk at a rate roughy 10% cheaper than anywhere else online, I was told on release date that it would be shipped second class, and to expect it a few days later. It came the very next day, and I was a very happy user. I will be buying with thrills again.

didn`t receive item. company couldn`t care less

bought an expensive toolcase/ ratchet set which got lost in transit. Buywiththrills totally washed their hands with it and said I had to fight with courier company. I suggested they showed a gesture of goodwill and charge me the lesser rate, they refused this aw well. Keep well away, address of company is a guys house in a housing estate

Client received a delivery note and contacted BWT 1 week later when we had changed the price. We offered to contact the delivery company, they suggested that he open a claim but he declined. Tracking number indicated a delivery. We try to help our clients all the way but can't be responsible for claims on delivery companies.
