What a disservice this company is…

What a disservice this company is performing for their clients. In order to view a companies documents that they are selling, they require you to give them all your personal information so they can solicit you. Then, in order to sign the NDA you have to sign a buyers agreement contractually obligating you to only work with them for 2 years. I was really interested in the business they were selling but won’t be moving forward for this reason as I find it highly unethical. I feel bad for their clients that are being used for marketing purposes.
