We had a great experience with BuyRite; Keith helped us put together several quotes, was very knowledgeable with all the products we asked about, and found us the best deals. The warehouse and delivery team could not have been more helpful and friendly. We needed to pick up one item early and they arranged that. Then the guys who delivered all of the rest were really on-the-ball. Was recommended to us, and we would easily recommend them to others.

We bought our new bathroom through Buyrite. Keith in store was very patient with us when we were struggling to decide on colours! Keith then recommended Scott to carry out the work for us and we are very happy with the result. Scott and his team showed up on time, were friendly and completed the work on time and to a high standard.

After 46 years we finally decided to get a whole new bathroom from buyrite bathrooms,and we are so glad that we did. after going round the beautifully show room. Keith helped us choose our new bathroom, not only what would fit , but a.whole new lay out on the computer screen, which we hadn’t thought of. Keith also organised all the plumbers , electricians, and Scott the joiner who installed everything beautifully, and now we have a bathroom that looks like one in a show house. So thank you Keith and Scott for all your help.We would highly recommend buyrite bathrooms to anyone. Peter and Jenny Glasgow.

Agata, one of the designers, did not bother to come for arranged appointment. She also did not cancel. Overall, unfriendly place with staff that appears to not care.

Visited Buyrite in Edinburgh for a complete bathroom refit. Was left to browse initially and then helped by Keith who was brilliant, he had great knowledge of all the products and had lots of patience! He recommended a fitter and I was given a number for Scott. Scott and his whole team were also brilliant, they turned up when they said they would and did a great job. I’m delighted with my fabulous new bathroom. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. Customer service is shocking and the manager Alan is very rude.

Ordered us the wrong shower tray and refused to refund us for it. After spending lots of money on a full bathroom. Avoid at all costs.

Keith was brilliant, very knowledgable and patient.
Ordering was simple and delivered when we wanted it by 2 very nice men.
We asked if Keith could he recommend a fitter and we were given Scott’s name. He came that night gave us a quote. The whole fitting squad were great and we now have a wonderfully beautiful bathroom. Thanks all.

On our visit to the Broxburn showroom we were allowed to browse without a salesman stalking us around the showroom. There is a huge range to choose from and when we need assistance Steven was on hand, very helpful, and demonstrate and excellent knowledge of all their products and assisted us in selecting our new bathroom. He then promptly produced and emailed us a 3D image of what it would look like. Delivery was on time as we requested. The only problem we had was with the radiator which was faulty. We emailed their aftercare service and to our astonishment and delight got a reply back the same day. We did provide pictures and a video of the fault and the following day we received confirmation that their supplier would be supplying a replacement, which we have now received. The quality of the units, bath and tiles etc are excellent and we are over the moon with the result. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and would give them 10 stars is I could

Absolute cowboys, please do not use Buyrite. As soon at they have your money, any form of customer service stops to the point of them being rude.

We spent £5,000 with lots of problems and now getting chips on the taps and showers etc that they provided. Expensive for poorly produced products.

Probably the worst service I have experienced from a company and I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same issues. Avoid.

Had excellent service at Gorgie Buyrite bathrooms. Keith has gone over and above to help us. We fitted out 2 x bathrooms and a WC and service was great. Polite friendly sales people.

Visited the Edinburgh showroom to buy a complete bathroom package. Two salespeople sitting at desks allowed us to browse. We then asked if we could discuss product and order options, the salesperson at the door said No, he had another customer visiting shortly who had phoned in and he had no time. I asked if the other salesperson could help, he said he was busy too. No interest at all in us wanting to but £5-£6k of bathroom products, so we left. Appreciate everyone is busy but may be worth trying: 1. 'I'm tied up at the moment but I'd be happy to help you in about an hour or so....' or 2. 'We don't have any time today but I'd be happy to make an appointment to help you next weekend - when would you be available?' Something like that just to show an interest, instead of completely dismissing us and telling us what you can't do. Very disappointed - business gone elsewhere and Buyrite clearly don't care at all.

My husband & I paid a visit to the Broxburn showroom after being recommended by a friend to view their products. Upon entering the showroom a salesman was sitting behind his desk. Sometimes salespeople can be a bit pushy but not this one....in fact he didn't come near us or speak to us. Eventually my husband enquired about getting a home survey done. The salesman handed my husband a card & told him he would need to call the number on the card & arrange a survey. We left the showroom, headed home & called the number but it went to voicemail. A message was left requesting a return call. That was 6 days ago and no phone call !! We assume they don't want our business...not a good way to run a business. Certainly wouldn't give a company who don't bother to get back to potential customers a second chance. Wouldn't recommended to anyone else.

We bought a radiator from Buyrite ,we were told it would take 10 days to arrive ,after a few days and before this item arrived we changed our mind as we were unsure that it would fit the space in our bathroom ,we went back to Buyrite and were told that we would only get 50% refund.I asked why we weren’t told this at the time of buying it ,and we were told they don’t tell people that as they won’t buy anything .also staff are unhelpful .also the radiator arrive much later than 10 days .extremely bad customer service .we had planned to buy our bathroom tiles here ,but decided to go elsewhere,after the bad customer service .

Recently decided on a complete renovation of our old fashioned bathroom and visited Buyrite Bathrooms Edinburgh on recommendation of friends. Not much to look at from the outside, and the access road certainly needs repair, but inside is a fantastic array of bathroom displays. Sales staff left us to wander about before we approached Sean for further assistance. Sean was very helpful and pointed us towards the products and displays that most met our requirements and put together an initial quote. He also gave us contact details for a recommended installer (Robin) who we arranged to come to our house and properly measure up and give us a quote for fitting. He sent this information back to the showroom and we then went back and firmed up the products side. Robin and Roddy who installed our bathroom were fantastic guys and the whole new bathroom was completed in the 7 days planned. We couldn't be happier with the quality and service from Buyrite and Robin and Roddy and the prices for both were excellent. I would highly recommend Buyrite for your new bathroom and their recommended fitters Robin and Roddy.
