Dont waste your time!
ordered hair on Monday arrived Friday - color looked completely different and has to be the worst quality hair I've ordered. Very cheap and plastic looking. You could smell plastic before the box was opened. Sent this back on Saturday arrived back with them Monday. Inquired when refund would be processed, this happened Wednesday. On checking the amount refunded it was around £7.00 short, when i asked why i was told they take a 10% re stocking fee! this is not explained in there 'refund policy'... so in short its cost me £10 for nothing! wouldn't waste your time much better companies with much better quality!

The Worst Experience!!!
Ordered what looked to be a good product on June 11th, paid for express delivery - The product never arrived the courier company said they left a note through my door, never got it! The customer service lady said they were having all sorts of trouble with the courier company, but could do nothing to help me. It's now the 20th June still no product and the customer Service team never contacted me again!!! To add insult to injury the courier company said they posted it through a brown door - Good guess, in my street alone out of 130 or so houses there are 128 brown doors -suspicious yes. SHOP LOCALLY!!!!!

Unfortunately the strap on the wig I purchased broke so called Customer Services who were extremely friendly and helpful. They said I could return the wig for a full refund which I have do, so look forward to receiving my refund shortly. I am getting married next year so will definitely use BuyHair again for the bridesmaids hairpieces which look great on the website!

If we were to send them out in the regular post and they were lost in transit there would be no way of knowing who was at blame and we would be unable to refund our customers. If you have an address that you would prefer your future orders to be delivered to, perhaps a friend or relation who would be likely to be in the house, you can always use that one instead of your home address.

Pleased with my new Ponytail!
I returned a ponytail because the colour match was not correct and requsted a different style and colour. I paid an extra amount over the phone for the replacement. I was a little disappointed at the waiting time for the new one, and called after 5 days from the additional payment, to be told that it had not yet been dispatched. However, when it finally arrived, I was delighted and have worn it everyday since. I would definately buy another in time. Thank you.
