Brakes are tough to get right and get fast! Thank god these guys are there. John, the customer service manager, spent 45 minutes on the phone with me getting everything dialed in!

I needed specific brake parts for my track car. I had spoken to 3 other companies and none of them could help me with the items that I wanted. Then I went online and called BuyBrakes.com. What a difference, John Butler in Sales understood my problem and what I was looking for, and also suggested other changes I could try to solve an ongoing brake issue I have. Fast, knowledgeable and pleasant. I have bought brake parts from them before, and from now on will be dealing directly with John at BuyBrakes.com.

If I can give less the a star I would, the brakes were right but the shipping and customer service was horrible, promised delivery within a week and didn’t end up getting them for almost a month and whenever I tried to contact customer service I got no reply, had to have my bank contact them and threaten to take the money back they decided to ship it urgent same day. Still never got an email back or anything from them!

today 1/24/21 i don't know about my order placed january 17. only the send me email purchase confirmation that day.

6 dollar part, 11 dollar shipping...the least you can do is be certain your customers receive their products on time. I could've mailed the same package at 2/3rds the cost and my customer would have received it as promised,...on time. I demand a full refund and if there are restocking fees...I'm referring this to my attorney general. What else have you been doing?

The rotors that were sent do not fit my car, they are too large and I did not order a big break kit. These were supposed to be direct OE replacements. The front rotors diameter are 1 and a half inch longer than OEM, whereas the rear rotors hat is too tall. With you guys being closed on the weekend, I'm going to have to wait until Monday until I can finally speak to somebody about this issue, and pray you guys correct this mistake.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Spent $560 only to call and be told by David that he didn't know why my order hadn't shipped. Said he can't refund me, that some "lady" has to do it. I said I was going to do a charge back if I didn't receive a refund and was going to leave a bad review. David said he "don't care"

What a joke.

No communication whatsoever. Placed an order for what was supposedly 'In Stock', but after two weeks I called to find out why my order still hadn't been shipped. I spoke to someone who confirmed my email address and promised to send me an update shortly, after they spoke with their supplier. Never got that update. Now, six weeks after the order, four weeks after my call, still nothing. Take your business elsewhere...

Very easy time ordering. I just brought my car to the MINI dealer for suspension bushings. The mechanic usually shows me what is going on under the car when it's on the lift. He knows I do some work myself. So he pointed out that the sensor was touching the disc. I did the front ones last year. The parts will be here soon after my car is back.

It’s been 22 days since I placed my order and nothings been shipped.

Haven’t gotten tracking number till today after I contacted them , I think they forgot my order excuse was ups haven’t gave them the tracking number what? Never heard that one before

Buybrakes.com was the only place in the country to have a particular rotor in stock. This saved me from having to try another rotor as I have a track event before the manufacturer will produce more. Buybrakes matched the price of a competitor and followed up to verify fitment.
I’ll be buying my rotors here from now on.
