Great Service
I ordered some Wrangler jeans and they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the waist was tight and I knew that the next size up would be too big, so I returned them for a refund. The returns process was very easy. My return was acknowledged and within 3 days the money had been credited to my payment card.

Placed an order for my usual Wrangler…
Placed an order for my usual Wrangler jeans but I was contacted by Customer Service (Becki) to advise a slight delay on despatch. Becki contacted me again a few days later to advise the manufacturers had advised of a much longer delay, so I was offered a superior pair of Wrangler's for the same price.
I wasn't sure if they would fit and suit me, but Becki assured me they could be returned free of charge so she sent them out to me.
They were MUCH better quality than my previous pair and my usual order, and fitted well

Returned to this website having used them many times in the past. The site is extremely easy to use , and if for any reason the items are out of stock the correspondence from them is immediate and detailed.
