NOT Buy Jeans fault.
Firstly got to say this was NOT Buy Jeans fault. Delivery was over a month. Phoned a few times to find out why my order was taking so long. There was an ongoing problem at Customs, a strike or something causing a delay to a Wrangler consignment. Each time I called I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order for a full refund. I've bought many times from Buy Jeans and the service is the best, so to is the tailoring, stuck with it. When the consignment came in I was emailed an update and wearing my altered/tailored jeans 5 days later plus 2 complimentary Tee shirts for my patience. Where will I order my next jeans from......BUY JEANS of cause!

I ordered a pair of Wrangler jeans
I ordered a pair of Wrangler jeans, specifying I needed a 33 waist, 29 leg measurement. Having acknowledged my order, I was informed after a few days that there was a delay in the supply chain, and offered a cancellation option with full refund, and apologies. I did not cancel the order, but was then contacted by the CEO Becki Monk, informing me that she was providing the higher standard of finishing at no extra cost. The jeans arrived a few days later. I was very impressed with the quality of the material and the professional finish on the jeans. I subsequently ordered another two pairs, and was once again contacted by Becki, who informed me she was including a complimentary t-shirt with the order. I cannot fault this service - it goes above and beyond the standard in every respect.

Great products at the right prices. Even the ‘ factory seconds’ are really good. I’ve bought several Wrangler Texas Stretch jeans ( men’s ) and they are well made, true to size and very comfortable. Good delivery systems.

I've been using buy-jeans for about 18 months now, the service is highly recommended and I've now got my son buying Wrangler jeans which are a great brand but half the price of Levi's, which was his usual brand.
