I always buy my jeans from Buy Jeans. I'm quite tall, and still usually, my size is in stock. I don't have to wait long if not. Great service and competitive prices.
I wish they could get some extra long shirts. Very few companies cater for tall people with long arms!

Great company & very good service and delivery. I have lost a lot of weight and needed new jeans, I ordered but "forgot" to specify the alteration for inside leg. When I noticed this I emailed Buy Jeans and they responded with-in 2 hours and arranged the alteration for me, 2 days later the jeans arrived. Very good service.

Quality goods, quality people - Go there
I was searching for a specific product when I found their web site showing the exact make I was looking for. The price was right and so I placed my order a few days before Christmas knowing that I would have to wait. I was given an expected date for delivery and my parcel duly arrived. Stupidly, I had given them the wrong size and needed to return the items for exchange. Again, I was given a date to expect delivery and my exchange arrived accordingly. Throughout the process I received the best and friendliest communication ever experienced and I totally commend this company for the quality of the staff and their customer service. A great example of how things can and should be done. Bravo.

Saw jeans I wanted but requested adjustment fee , additional cost is shocking, these minor adjustments are probably carried out in low paid labour units or the sizes are already available and this an additional revenue stream,

You make claims that our tailoring is carried out in “low paid labour units” and that we charge for unnecessary alterations. These are serious and misleading assertions.
In reality, all tailoring is completed in-house in Hereford by skilled, fairly paid craftsmen, and only when a customer chooses this optional service. There are no hidden charges — the product price is clear, and tailoring is entirely optional.
Presenting speculation as fact is misleading to readers and does not reflect how our business operates or the experience of our genuine customers.

We are naturally disappointed to see a second review raising the same concerns, particularly as you have still never placed an order with us and therefore have not experienced either our products or our tailoring service.
To clarify again, we do not “add” charges to jeans after advertising them. The advertised price is the price of the jeans. Our tailoring service is entirely optional and clearly presented before purchase for customers who want their jeans altered to a specific length.
Professional tailoring is not a “minor adjustment” nor is it carried out in “low-paid labour units”. All tailoring is completed by experienced staff in-house here in the UK. Customers choose this service because it saves them the time, inconvenience and typically higher cost of visiting a separate tailor after purchase.
Most brands simply sell jeans in standard lengths and leave customers to sort alterations themselves. We offer both options: buy standard sizes at the advertised price, or choose tailoring if you want jeans delivered ready to wear. The choice sits entirely with the customer.
Suggesting that this exists purely as an “additional revenue stream” overlooks the fact that tailoring requires skilled labour, time, specialist equipment, and quality control. It is a genuine service offered for customer convenience, not a hidden charge.
We are always happy to help customers who have genuine purchasing queries, but repeated criticism of a service you have not used does not reflect the experience of the thousands of customers who order successfully from us each month.

I always buy my jeans from this company. The service is excellent, the prices are good. The staff are helpful and polite when on occasion things have gone less than smoothly. This a rare occurrence and something beyond their control.
