9Zero contact, no response to emails, I returned the coffee maker over a week ago and still haven't received a refund, this is unacceptable, I've never encountered such treatment of a customer, it's embarrassing and rude.I give zero stars, I do not recommend it!!!!Now he's telling me he didn't receive the parcel, he's clearly lying, I have confirmation of delivery from GLS, how is that possible???Why are you providing a return address where you're not present??? Or maybe you could include information that the courier can only visit you on Fridays. And by some strange luck, the package was found, great. And by some strange luck, my details were also found in the system, very lucky, best regards.p.s. and of course what you say is not true, you even lied about the package data, that it weighs 3 kilos, and the coffee maker weighs only 1.5 kg with the packaging,
