Having reviewed your order we believe you may have confused us with another company.
You ordered two fibre washers from us which are not an expensive part. And the delivery arrived within the 4-8 working days time frame that you selected.
Regarding the size, the washers are a fixed size and always have been, if they do not fit your machine please contact the customer service team and provide some further details and they will be happy to help you in finding out what size washer would be best suited for your machine.

not happy with returns
5 stars for products, 1 star for customer service handling, so avegare 3 stars from me. Mainly, I have ordered with them before and wanted to return 2 items. One of them was not in the original box, of course I opened the box, but then I changed my mind and the knife was too big. I wasn't allowed to return it. The other item cost me £5 in postage to return, on top of the original £5 I already paid to deliver to me. Bacially, any other retailer would accept an item which is unused, if I have changed my mind etc, would cover postage. Not happy with how they handled this issue. I will not buy again

We are disappointed to see you feel the customer service was not of the high standard that we always offer. We have looked at the emails you exchanged with our customer service representative and feel they acted with professionalism and provided accurate information as per your queries.
The knife that had been removed from its packaging could not be returned as it was a sealed protective packaging that it was sent in, this is the case for any items sent in sealed packaging. Once they are removed from that packaging they cannot be returned. The packaging is clear so you can still see and inspect the item, so you would have known the size of the knife without removing it from the packaging.
As informed, the other item we are happy to offer a full refund on once the item has been returned.
Not all businesses would cover postage on returns. While some large companies can offer free returns, we are not a large company or in the position to be offering such luxuries. In the situation where an item sent may arrive damaged or faulty, or we have sent an incorrect item, we cover all costs to have the item returned and exchanged. This however is not one of those occasions.
As your order did contain a bladed item there was a delivery charge for the age verified delivery service, which is required by law. We do offer free delivery on orders over £50.00 + VAT and on orders that do not contain bladed items.
Again, we are sorry for how you feel the situation was handled, but we remain firm in that the situation has been handled professionally. We are also sorry to hear that you will not be purchasing from us again.

Great selection, reason for not giving 5 stars is the £15/£16 handling fee ontop of my order, it wasn’t packed any different to any other order you do online. Do feel it’s not needed and is just an additional charge. The knives have to come in a box and the knife’s come in sleeves from the company before butchers warehouse, so they really just put them in a box, and the ID that was suppose to be required didn't even happen. I feel the butchery industry is overprice and fleecing people from some products and this is one good example, In my own opion.
Probably won't order from them again. As I can get them elsewhere.

Thank you for your purchase. I would like to clarify that the delivery charge was stated at checkout and is not an additional fee applied after your order was completed.
Under the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, all bladed products must now be sent via an Age Verified Delivery service.
This service is more costly than standard shipping, and while we offer it for £3.99 (or free on orders over £50 ex. VAT) for most of the UK, your postcode is classified as a remote 'out of area' location by our couriers, which carries a surcharge hence the £15.00 delivery charge. Please note that ID is only required at the door if the driver needs to confirm the recipient is 18 or older
