Useless, avoid
The web site is pretty good, spent time and selected what I required, £1500 worth of sheets and accessories, then tried to order, they said they could not take payment in the "state" I was in, thought they were UK based, then tried to call many times but never got through and the line kept being dropped there end, what a waste of hours, don't bother...

If Bushbury Cladding is a legitimate 'family run' business then they really need to learn the basics of customer service.
I ordered £1300 worth of cladding from them online and waited patiently... After a couple of weeks I emailed for an update on delivery, no response. Then followed a frustrating 6 weeks of constant emails and phone calls with no response from anyone at Bushbury Cladding, not even an apology or an excuse etc.
Ironically it would appear the only place they actually make contact with people is on here, so we will see.
I had no option but to contact my bank and raise this as fraud through my credit card.

Shockingly poor service from start to eventually the finish.I placed an order with the understanding the delivery would be made in 10-15 days and paid £75. Not only was the items late but when I called and emailed to enquire why this was the reply’s I received shocked me especially from a so called family run business. I was a retail manager for Eighteen years and have never experienced service like this. I will never order from these again and advise people to order from a company who abide by the information on the website. If I could give it zero stars I would. Please avoid at all costs.

We used this company on the recommendation of a neighbour who had also ordered from them.
Front ordering , paying and asking a hundred questions on the phone to Craig and his staff- I was very satisfied with the service we received.
The delivery was around two weeks which was perfect.
Possible Fake company
Took our money a month ago. do not answer phone, goods never arrived and not heard from since.

Thankyou Bushbury gor a fast delivery Friday. Finished installing today and the tile sheets look fantastic.

To say I’m highly delighted with the sheets and Bushbury’s service would be an understatement. Rarely have I bought from a company which gives such good service. From my order of just 4 sheets I was kept informed all the way along. I received numerous messages, texts and phone calls advising of delivery date and time. If the phone was not answered, each and every time Ashley would return my call within minutes. The Terracotta wave / pan tile sheets look far better than the pictures. I ordered .7 thickness. I didn’t have samples so don’t know what .5 are like.

Don't need my business
I contacted the company on 17th February by email re. wall cladding. I received a message asking me to contact them by phone to discuss my requirements. I did and spoke to Craig who promised to send out to me two samples by post, telling me that he would post them that afternoon. I even joked with Craig that if he sent enough samples out I could clad the walls. He told me that the samples were only two inches square so it would take a few.
I have not received the samples. I sent, a slightly sarcastic reply, thanking them for the samples and stated that, obviously, they don't need my business. I have been emailed by Kate who told me that I did not reply to Craig's request to speak to him. This is not true and why should I lie?
Poor service coupled with being told it was my fault has sealed the deal. Thanks but no thanks.
My reply was not rude. What is rude is your attitude to a prospective customer. Life is full of problems without you adding to them. How would I know what size the samples are? How would I know that Slate Blue and Slate Grey were almost the same? I also discussed edge trims with Craig. What a farce!
I've now checked my mobile phone record and it has logged a call to 01902 229412 at 11.16 am on 17th February. I don't know what more to say.
5 one star reviews out of 22. Mostly positive reviews. Your 1 star was richly deserved. I would suggest that you check your phone records and your attitude to poor customer service.
Anyway this is getting us both nowhere and I'm sure we've both got better things to do, so goodbye.

I highly recommend this company for all your metal roofing requirements.
Cannot fault anything around my experience.
I had 8 sheets of metal wall cladding delivered a couple of months back which were supplied along with their fixings. Considering the distance they had to travel to get to me, they were supplied without any defects/scratches and installed without any problems.
The website was easy to use and helped identify everything I needed to complete the job. Thanks,

EDIT: they have commented back and said I was abusive I have every phone call and was never abusive I made sure I was polite and patient on every phone call so they had no reason to mess me around which is also why I recorded each phone call. Also how can they comment that I demanded for it to me manufactured in an u realistic time frame when you gave me the time frames and I waited patiently I might add for 8 weeks! ALSO i cancelled the order not you!! Again another LIE! I was never abusive that is slander!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS LIARS! I placed my order on the 27th of July, for £530 worth of bespoke sized roofing sheets. They were delivered four weeks later on the 24th of August damaged, and with two sheets missing. I rejected the order and sent it back, I called Bushbury the same day where I spoke to Ashley, he apologised and said they were damaged because they were on the bottom and too many had been piled on top. He re ordered them whilst on the phone and assured me it was on an “URGENT” order with 1/2 weeks for delivery. I rang every week from the 24th for an update, and they said twice it’s coming in on the next delivery, and should be out the start of next week. On the third call I was told the order was on the delivery truck and they were sorting delivery slots as we speak so I should receive a text soon. Still nothing and over 3 weeks later so I called again and asked to speak to Steve the owner who was very rude, never called back like I asked him to, and tried to fob me off with lies. I asked why I was told 1/2 weeks for delivery and he said I don’t know as they steel is hard to get hold of at the minute it isn’t possible to get them delivered in 1/2 weeks, delivery is 3/4 weeks minimum. He also called me a liar as my order was damaged and two sheets missing, even though myself and my husband and the driver counted 6 sheets and signed for 6 sheets he was Adamant there was 8 with two stuck together when there wasn’t as they were all different sized and we throughly counted and checked none were stuck together. Steve then shockingly told me that he had only re ordered my sheets yesterday!!! Tuesday the 14th of September!! So it hadn’t been re ordered on the phone with Ashley on delivery day and every week when I was calling for an update I have no idea what order the guys were checking on as it wasn’t mine! When I asked him why it had only been ordered yesterday when it was supposed to have been re ordered on the 24th of august whilst I was on the phone he had no answer. I then asked why I was told my order was on the truck waiting to be delivered and that they were just sorting out the delivery slots for the next day, he called me a liar and said the bloke was looking at the old broken sheets when he told me that?! hard to believe the staff were looking at my old damaged sheets on the truck waiting to be re delivered to me and booking in the delivery for them but there you go! Steve then told me my new order, that he only ordered yesterday would be with them next week and delivered to me the second week, even though earlier on in the call when asked why I was promised 1/2 week delivery when they couldn’t honour it he claimed it was absolutely impossible for a 1/2 week turn around and 3/4 week minimum but now magically he can get it in 1/2 weeks. He never offered an apology once, I had to ask him for an apology which he begrudgingly gave. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are so rude, and unprofessional. They never answer the phone which they say is because they are busy which I appreciate, and they blame everything on the shortage of steel which I also appreciate but why re order and say 1/2 weeks urgent when you know you can’t deliver I would have taken business else where if they said sorry it’s going to be another 3/4 weeks Atleast (8 weeks in total) but then Steve is able to order it in 1/2 weeks after he forgets my order for 3 weeks. How you can forget an order for 3 weeks when I am calling to check on it every week is beyond me. I have lost a days wage having to have the day off for the initial delivery, but I have been polite and patient at all times, and recorded every phone call made to Bushbury which I have now forwarded to trading standards, watch dog and Jo Lycett. I have re ordered elsewhere with a local company, on the 16th of sept and they delivered the 18th and now fitted very happy and brilliant customer service. I read the reviews online but stupidly still ordered! What a huge mistake please save yourself the headache and order else where! Unless you like being lied to, fobbed off, and messed around which then this is the perfect company for you! Order SQ4221 in the name of Nigel.

After having to cancel with this company I give a poor review because they just strung me along when my roof would arrive. This went on for weeks this was very frustrating so I cancelled. Then the owner give his response to my bad review and he acussed me of being abusive to his staff. Well he lied about my delivery and then lied on his response used cladco they are a much better company.

Really poor experience
Really poor experience. I Ordered £250 of roof sheets with a 15 day lead time on the 26th April. Still don't have them. Don't repond to email, don't answer calls, don't repond to face book messenger and delete/block polite comments asking for a call back on face book.

Would never use this company again,AVOID! , really long delivery times to which they state 15+ plus (which to them mean months )no one answers the phone when you try to call the office , there delivery driver damaged my property when they finally delivered my order then the company tyres denying they caused the damage and after finally admitting there at fault have to pay to get the damage myself and chase them again to get payment for the repair work carried out they said they would pay for. Honestly save yourself a lot of hassle and money and look elsewhere ........in response to your reply I have emailed you multiple times with photos of evidence of the damage and spoke to Someone at your office on the day your driver caused the damage and was told you would pay for the repair but I have sent you the invoice for the repair weeks ago and no response so have paid the repair myself , like I said previously everyone needs to be made aware of company's who treat there customers like this and it's disgusting and completely unprofessional!!

Really unprofessional service
Really unprofessional service, I have been there to get a quotation and they told me that they will send me in couple of hours, I waited many days and called them and they told me that they will send in couple of hours. I called them today and I asked them about the quotation and they hanged the phone.
