Nothing but problems with the car. Purchased a 2013 330d. Soon as we pulled of the court after a test drive the engine light and battery light came on( turned out to be a glow plug fault) offered to buy the glow plug but not to have it fixed (£10) Have spent over £1000 fixing problems in a month of owning the car and have to top up oil every other week, oil minimum on dash, not even started to see what the problem is with the engine yet (burning oil) Wouldn’t recommend at all for a more expensive car, can tell all lights and problems were covered up and cleared just to sell the car. Needed 2 front suspension shocks, New glow plug, New battery connector and £800 worth of touch up to bodywork, that had been filled terribly just to sell. Also didn’t send off for the log book until weeks after purchased had to chase about it.

Although they took one more day to replace the clutch on our Mini Cooper 2019 than originally quoted due to a parts issue, they have done a fantastic job. They charged me half the amount several other garages quoted.
The owner and staff are very polite and courteous. I will definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend them.

My son took his car for a mot, the rear brake pads needed changing for which they charged him £228 for a job that should have been £60-80. They wouldn’t tell him the cost of the parts but having explained it felt like they were taking advantage, they knocked £20 off. Avoid at all costs.

BMS I called them within 24 hrs had my car booked in for MOT , completed in 45 mins and I got to watch - great service nice people cheapest in the area , happy they were through
