I placed my first order with burhousebeads.com at the beginning of the week and it arrived within 4 days. The packaging was wonderful and the speed it arrived was truly fantastic. I am very pleased with the quality of these ear wires- they look superb and are beautifully made plus are a stylish design. The price is absolutely amazing. I started a jewellery business in January and am so pleased to have found such an efficient and professional company to buy from. Good products, slow and expensive delivery
Good products, but the shipping is expensive and too slow, it is simply not competitive enough. They use Royal Mail signed for service that takes up to 7 working days, depending on which day of the week you order it can take up to 10 days to receive the goods. Competitors offer a better service.

Hi, I'm really sorry to read your review and hear of your disappointment with our delivery service. We do try to give the customer the choice as to how their goods are sent and are limited by the wide variables in our product range when trying to cover all bases with a reasonable number of postal rates. We are currently looking into other providers and have just introduced a RM letter rate to try and reduce the price. Unfortunately it can be purely down to the day of order as to the delivery times, depending on number of customers ordering next day delivery and volume of orders, which has been quite variable after covid but has settled down more recently and our dispatch times are lower now than you'd experienced. thanks Burhouse Limited
Good Customer Service
I have placed a few orders with this company. The postage cost is quite high (nearly £4), but their products are very reasonably-priced. I had an issue with some pearls on a clearance discount (quite damaged in multiple places, despite this not being mentioned anywhere on the listing), contacted CS asking for a partial refund, but they ended up fully refunding me. They don't state that the clearance items are often damaged on the website, so be aware of this.
I have been returning to this company largely for the sake of the Gold Silk Thread, but after contacting CS I have discovered this is being discontinued. I struggle to find enough of their other items to warrant purchasing from this company again, unfortunately. But overall they have good products, good customer service, and I would recommend Burhouse.

Very slow delivery
Very slow delivery. I've been charged for 1st Class signed for, but three (working) days later and I still haven't received my order. In the future I will be ordering from Cooksons as their deliveries take 2 days max.

Very unprofessional!
This company told me my order had been dispatched when it hadn't and made me pay 2 lots of postage (£9.48!) on one small envelope weighing no more than 50g. I will not be using them again.
