After what felt like months of bad experiences dealing with people in the car industry one of my friends suggested we try Ross and team to source a new car. From start to finish the service from Burcham was exceptional. Very personal every step of the way. Ross was polite, extremely knowledgeable and patient. My new car requirements were quite specific and I’m sure my less than perfect part exchange situation would have been a sticking point for most others. Ross breezed through all these issues with ease. I’ll leave the lovely touches as a surprise to anyone who chooses to use Burcham for their next new car purchase. Scott came in on a Saturday especially to meet us. That meant a lot. He spent time without applying an pressure, my wife and I were given a thorough inspection of the vehicle sharing his expertise.

Well what can I say. In a world of Sharks and sheisters that 2nd hand car sales is, what a breath of fresh air!
We had VERY specific requirements for the particular vehicle we were looking for but Ross and his team kindly took on the challenge. We didn’t make it easy for them and after rejecting the first 2 cars he found I doubted I’d hear from him again. However how wrong could I be! Ross stuck diligently to the task and finally found the perfect car for us. The whole process from that point was flawless, their operation is a well oiled machine! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
