Used the surveyor Richard Gabriel he quoted £500 for a straight forward ground floor boundary encroachment report, he failed to check the land registry boundary and missed the foundations. They then attempted to charged £3000 for the report. It was appalling and I do not recommend them at all.
Also used valuer Harj Padda, who failed to supply any valid information for a residential valuation so guessed at £500 quoting only commercial data. Avoid this company they are poor quality and a shoddy service.
I was then threatened with court over challenging the bill and misled by them about my options.
Horrendous company, avoid at all costs.
