Pain free charger installation
Arrived on time. Fitted the charger with no problems. Only had the power off for 15 minutes. Tidied up when they finished. Very friendly, helpful team.

Very professional

Above and beyond as I was taken into hospital the night before the poor engineer went above his job description moving furniture etc kitchen appliances etc to ensure the job was done I thank him profusely for all the hard work and Thankyou bumble bee for being quick in getting this installed they are more than 100 percentage again a big thankyou

I had a chew on with bumblebee ev and getting the paperwork right as…
I had a chew on with bumblebee ev as they had a wrong address down for me. Then when i changed the address they still had it wrong. The time taken to get the charger fitted was actually not bad but the process before that was nothing but chew. Glad its here.

Great install, Terry was really good and thorough. The cabling was a bit longer than expected so a small extra charge which was fine.

Perfect installation 👌
The fitting team arrived on time and took great care to ensure the work was explained before the installation started and asked our opinion on the placement of the cables and the final position of the charging port 👍
They were very considerate of our property and took great when clearing up after the installation.
The operation of the charging port was explained simply and easy to understand
Very efficient pair of tradesmen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any electrical installation projects.

Don't take the remote survey as Gospil on the price
All in all it was a good experience.
The installation was done quickly.
My only gripe is the original survey is done remotely using Google maps. The engineer then came out and did a survey after that I received a phone call stating they have to add £80 onto the original price with no explanation.
Im presuming it was the hiding of the cable under some slabs and stones.
