Straightfordward to use
I have used this platform for a number of years. It is straight forward to invest and then buy and sell gold or other precious metals. If an issue arises they respond extremely fast and have the answer at their finger tips.

I started to fill out paperwork in October. After many exchanges of demands for documents, supplying those documents, and more demands, sometimes for the same documents, I had the account open and ready to receive funds in February. Three weeks later, I succeeded in getting a wire transfer into the account, and immediately invested in platinum gold, and palladium.
Immediately after I invested, the value of the account was down 1% from before buying the bullion. Now it's the following day, and the value of my bullion is worth 94% of what it was yesterday.
I guess I'm in this for the longer term.

Personal accounts are quick and easy to validate. Tens of thousands of our users have successfully accomplished it within a matter of hours or days after uploading the requested documents. Typically, these are just a copy of an official photo ID, a copy of the bank statement for the account from which you will send funds and to which your funds will be returned, and a recent proof of address.
You opened an account for a foundation which necessarily requires more information, such as establishing the identities of all of the trustees.
Our objective is to both meet our anti-money laundering obligations, which keeps BullionVault and all its users safe, as well as protect accounts from fraud. We apologise if the process felt burdensome.
We can't of course control precious metals prices nor your account's performance, but we would suggest that a long-term view is useful before anyone starts buying precious metals.

I use Bullion Vault as my online gold reserve
I have used Bullion Vault for a few years now, to purchase gold as an investment and it’s just so easy to buy and sell. The fees are quite minimal and the process is as simple as a couple of clicks on your phone or PC.
It’s a very secure system connected to your own bank account, so far i’m very happy with the way it’s working for me.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. It allows me to deposit money, buy and sell. But when it comes to withdraw money, it makes as hard as it can be in order to hinder the process. I have uploaded documents hundred times to validate the account. Never worked! For each uploading it gives 5 working days to validate then still asking for more documents. And no one answers chat live, neither the emails!
