Worst customer service in the industry
I emailed BullBoulder within five minutes of ordering to fix a color mistake. No response until ~40 hours later, when they claimed the order was already fulfilled. Tracking later showed the package wasn’t even accepted by USPS for days.
They refused to help, told me I’d pay return shipping, and communication stalled. I refused delivery and returned the item unopened. They acknowledged the tracking, then ignored me until I filed a dispute. Still no refund.
Their policies and actions don’t match their guarantees.
