great site that use to offer an amazing service back in the years

I used them years ago and i still have a great PC thanks guys even if u have closed

no problems here! got a new gaming PC from here a while back and haven't had a problem.

Built the box as their website suggests they would. Delivered on-time.
Had some minor issues with software, which looks like it was my fault. They took a look and repaired.
Good communication throughout.

Put a custom PC together on there site which was easy enough and came within the time specified. reasonable prices compared to some places i tried.

Really helpful staff helped put a very specific PC together. Arrived ok and worked perfectly. No complaints.

Needed some quick advice just before I purchased the PC I had put together on their website. They were very helpful so I promised to give them a good review, here it is. The PC itself is brilliant and exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a Custom PC from Build Your Box on October/2014. The SSD drive was faulty and running much slower than advertised (slower than a HDD drive). I have sent them several emails about the problem right away, and they kept asking me to update various firmware on the PC. I finally got around updating all of them, and the SDD remains at fault. They told me they could take a look at it, but I would have to pay a fee. This is completely unacceptable, they sold me a faulty PC and refused to refund me or replace the item. I believe suggesting to charge me a fee to fix a broken item they sold could only be done in bad faith.

EDIT: Later on I've found out they had screwed only a few of the screws on my motherboard, which suggests they might lack technical knowledge.

Good service - was a little nervous buying a bespoke PC over the internet. I received good support in the specification stages, the PC was built and delivered on time and works as expected.

One small question I had after delivery was answered promptly and effectively so good after sales service too.

Helpful, responsive, Good Value, know what their doing, excellent communications, fabulous build quality, i cant reate them highly enough, will defianately use them again next time no question or doubt about it

info the courier provided. – IMPRESSED. I was also equally impressed
the machine was built/tested and delivered inside the scheduled
delivery date – again, more than impressed.
I found this to be one of the easiest complex purchases I have made
and commend you and your staff in doing such an excellent job. Quality
is excellent, communication excellent and I wish you every success

This computer is better than I had ever hoped for! The process of designing a PC on this site is so much better than any others I have seen, it's straightforward and very enjoyable. The order arrived precisely on schedule, and was ready to go out of the box, and I was kept up to date with the whole building and ordering process. I would have been curious to know though what was happening in more detail, such as the tests the computers go through and stuff.

Strongly recommended though!

Bought a PC, mouse, keyboard and monitor from this company last week. Everything working great so far!

I have ordered three machines so far from BuildYourBox. The website is easy to use, the machines were built and delivered within a week and there were regular updates on progress.
I used to source the components and build my own, but both in terms of price and effort, buying online has been easier.
I will use them again when the next machine needs replacing.

Used the pc builder to create the pc to my exact specification. Everything went smoothly and the PC is great.

I had my doubts about ordering such an expensive item online, but it was a no-brainer when compared to high-street pre-built options. my new computer is built superbly; very organised and tidy. it arrived exactly when predicted too.
Build Your Box have saved me a ton of hassle for a great price - as long as you know what you're doing as far as computer parts are concerned, you'll get just what you're after!

My experience is of 1 machine only ,the rear of the case arrived dented ,the company did not want to know they said the photgraph of the machine leaving them was perfect , i fixed this myself, the second problem i had in which i did not contact them was the usb connector inside was not seated correctly 5 min fix , would i buy again 50/50 depends if i had time to build my own box
