My husband and I were there third…

My husband and I were there third evening. This was or third or fourth visit in the last couple of months. First off, I krpt looking for the "Wine List," which their wasn't one, and the girl that waited on us couldn't find it, then,when it was time to leave, we receive a Bill, and the Wine was rather PRICEY, and it wasn't ferry good to begin with!!!! When I added German about it, she meekly said she wasn't responsible for the price. I get that, but yoyd think she would have asked the Nabager to give me a bit of a Discount, but no. Before wrote left, I went up to one of the Workers I thought was the Manager and let him know it was VERY UNDERHANDED NOT to have the Wine List and to charge the amount they did for son INFERIOR Wine!!!!

Had to wait forever for a server Then they told us to scan the code on the table. Waited forever for the food. had to pay online no mention of a tip so we left cash got home and checked my bank statement and got charged another tip.

Terrible service

Me and my girlfriend went on a Saturday at around 2pm and the place was less than half full. The waitress was prompt to begin with we ordered 2 beers and told her to give us a minute to figure out what we wanted. It took over 40 minutes just to get our beers(there was a couple next to us that had the same problem)and the waitress didn’t stop to take our order in that 40 minutes even though she walked by us over a half dozen times. She attended to other tables but not once did she look in our general direction. About 15 minutes after getting our beers( she wasn’t even the one to bring them to us and they weren’t even the right beers) she finally stopped at our table to take out order. We were sitting at almost an hour so I told her we were all set and just bring us the bill she said “sorry the kitchen is really busy”. Not sure how when the place wasn’t even that busy but at that point you think they would have at least comped the beers but nope. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the check and all we got asked is if we wanted a glass of water. I will never go back to this place I’ve never seen such a poorly run restaurant.

BWW on Southshore Pointe Dr., Midlothian, VA

Went to BWW on Southshore Pointe Dr., Midlothian, Va. it used to be wonderful, clean and great food. We went today after church and it was filthy, especially the bathrooms!!. Trash was all over the floors, chairs and tables. I told my husband that it looked like there could be a new manager, then I find out it has been bought by another company. They are not doing a good job!! We cannot return!!

Horrible food. High prices. Woke.

Food was absolutely HORRIBLE 🦠🤢🤢🤢 prices were CRAZY for ..what was served. I have never eaten there before now. Will NEVER again. Disgusting. 0 out of 5. I do not recommend. They don't even try. Total waste of my money.

Server at Lehi Buffalo Wild Wings

Server at Lehi Buffalo Wild Wings, very rude, didn’t come check on us at all. Food was raw the chicken she did give me another plate but all she said was ok and went to go get me another plate definitely was not satisfied with eating their lost appetite! She only dropped off our food, take our order and didn’t come back regularly till the ended

I want my money back from BWW

I want my money back from BWW.

I ordered for deliver over 50.00 worth of wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. They were not edible. The wings were old and tasted like they had been refried. All of the bones and parts of the meat were black. Instead of wings they tasted like old fried liver. I wish that I could upload a pic here. Worst experience ever from a restaurant.

Praises for Jena!!!!!

Our waitress, Jena, table #112, was by far the best waitress we've ever ever had! She was soooo sweet, knowledgeable, & fun! She made our visit at a 100% SATISFACTORY!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK BECAUSE OF HER! WE RECOMMEND A RAISE FOR HER, SHE DEFINITELY EARNED IT!!!!
Oh, & the food and cocktails was almost too good!!!!

Service sucked

Service sucked. He was confused and couldn't handle a big party. My son didn't get his food until an hour after we ordered. And manager decided only half off was acceptable.

I am disappointed with this company

I am disappointed with this company. I ordered food for our work and even went and picked up the food.

They were a hot mess, everyone everywhere all running around and confused and when I brought the food back to the office ,food was missing for a few of our employees.

I go an call the number on their website (216) 896-9464, in which I get a message stating the number you have called is either disconnected or no longer in service.

I will not be ordering again from this place.. They did not even check to make sure all food was in the bag before giving it to me....:(

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS ON THIS CRAP HOLE OF A COMPANY. CRAPPY SERVICE IN THE EMPLOYEES AT THE FAIRFIELD CA STORE AND MANAGEMENET IS EVEN WORSE AND CORPORATE IS THE WORST OF ALL OF IT. 3/19/23 I ordered dinner online and paid $30.63 for it. I get there to pick up my order. I waited 20 mins before I could even find an employee. It was not busy as all the tables were open except for 2 tables. I finally found a employee and i stated that I was there to pick up my order. aa few mins later she comes back and tells me that due to short staff, my order was changed1 to p/u the next morning. I cancelled that order and wanted to speak with mgr. NO MGR ON SITE! i FOLLOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AND AGAIN NO MANAGER THERE TO SPK WITH. iI WANT MY MONEY BACK! iTS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO MONEY RETURNED!! U OUGHTA BE ASHAMED OF OF THE WAY YOU HANDLED THIS! I COMPLAINED TO THE CORP COMPLAINT LINE 3 TIMES OVER THE PAST 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO REFUND AND NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!! THIS IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF WHAT CAUSES PEOPLE TO LOOSE THEIR COOL AND GO POSTAL I will never ever give them the time of day again and will be sure to let everyone know that they are crooks and not one professional employee anywhere in the store nor in corprate!

JFK Terminal 4

JFK Terminal 4. Pure crap show. To go order…just asked if someone can look to see if still open and for 3 blowoffs until I got with the manager.

Guy said he was off the clock yet hanging around eating and drinking free stuff. Bar tender little girl said it will come out but it is NYC and ppl just take your order. Another waitress said the same.

Horrible. They all need fired.

In love

Hi, everyone doing today? Well I hope you are doing fantastic like us. My husband wanted some wings he'll have another ate any at this place I guess first time right. We went to the one in Addison so I said honey what would you like he said give me a combo I said okay he stayed in the car while I go inside soon as I put his drink down and his food in his lap he went downtown on the wings so after that he's smacking and getting so excited because he fell in love with the wings. So now he's stuck like Chuck if you know what I mean. So today is Thursday after I go renew my driving license I'm a surprise him I'm going straight to Buffalo Wings and all to him another combo. So I feel like you work hard for your money if you want to go get some wings be my guest treat yourself every now and then. This what my husband say you cannot go wrong going to Buffalo Wings. And he had to have his Ranch if you don't have it he get kind of goofy if you know what I mean by that. Thank you for satisfying my husband he works so hard. Another satisfied customer

99 cent takeout fee is ridiculous and you just lost you some loyal customers. We've been going to Buffalo wild wings for 16 years after church on Sunday and the time frame is judged because our oldest grandchild is 15 and my daughter-in-law was pregnant with him when we started doing this. We are done. I called corporate they said it was because of inflation. You want to jab at your customers because they are having just as much trouble with inflation as you guys This is ridiculous

Me and my friends decided to come here to chit chat and have wings and drinks. All restaurants have wait times so that wasn’t a problem. So we were told we could sit at tables at bar if they were available. The 3 of us Found a countertop table and sat and waited then waited some more finally flagging down someone to clean the table. Waitress finally came offered paper menus instead of reading it on our phones. Ok good
2 of us ordered margaritas with sugar no salt. While waiting for those the waitress took our order. My friend wanted boneless wings so when waitress asked what flavors my friend kind of paused. Waitress pointed out where the flavors were located on the menu. “They are right there (pointing) now what flavors you want! “. Not what she said but how she said it. I instantly felt she was a lil short and rude but I held my tongue cause I could be wrong. After she left I asked my 2 friends. Was it me or she seemed kinda short. My friend thought she was impatient as well. Ok strike 2. So she finally brings the 2 margaritas and they both have that Tajin salt. No ma’am not what we ordered. She claims she wrote down no salt. She took those back indicating they have no sugar so either Mr Bar tender gave us what he wanted or she probably didn’t write it down like she said he did. Now we all ordered Honey Garlic wings, together we ordered the House sampler. When the order came guess what it wasn’t right either!!!!
After her getting so short patient with my friend over what flavor she wanted she brought her bbq😂🤣 boneless wings.
The house sampler was absolutely horrible. Chips were stale and what kinda nachos are these anyway? I vaguely remember she indicating that she could keep those bbq wings and won’t be charged 😂🤣

Another gentleman I think Jorge brought her correct wings and my fries that I didn’t get. After that we haven’t seen her since. First I thought maybe she went on break. But most waitress/ waiters will tell you that
Now me and my friends we are an older generation so we noticed and asked each other where is the manager that walks around asking you if everything is ok? Also noticed that most patrons are young people that will put up with this nonsense.
So finally we wait for the check asked Jorge and he got it for us. He even went over and informed her that he was bringing us the check. Now we see her as she still never came back. As we go upfront to pay. I turned around waiting for my friends I’m noticing now a couple of staff members are paying attention to us.
Why???? This is why. 3 ladies at the reception desk one ask can I help you I give her the check she says oh no you have to give it to your waitress. Oh I they thought we were leaving without paying. Which would have been warranted. We haven’t seen her and I’m NOT about to go back over there and find her, nor deal with her. BUT…….Jorge comes from out of nowhere and takes care of us. Should I have left long ago? And not pay for anything. Yep. Should I have complained and not pay for 1/2 items ordered? Yep. And will I be back? Nope Nope Nadda!

Very Shabby treatment while waiting to be seated in Ft. Gratiot MI

I've been going here maybe once every month or two for about 3 years. No complaints until last night when I just happened to go there on a busy evening at 7:15 pm. The hostess and seating system was messed up and arbitrary. I was told there'd be about a 15 minute wait, so I did. I was almost completely ignored for at least 35 minutes. Some people had reservations and got seated ahead of me obviously but 2 parties of 2 and 3 people came in, checked in and were told of the wait, and this was after me. In both cases each of these parties got seated ahead of me after 5 minutes or a bit more while I looked on in disbelief. I finally got some attention when the hostess offered me one of those high round tables with high stools 'in the bar' but I wasn't interested - not very comfortable for eating. I spied a small open table in a corner, you know - the type where they often try to stick the solo diners at and asked for that but was given some reason why I couldn't sit there. (something to do with the waitresses?) She said 'it'll just be a few more minutes" (Not a very accurate prediction), which later grew to 35 minutes heading to 40. As time went on, the hostess became more and more scarce and then disappeared. I got angry over this shabby treatment and being shuffled backwards in line. I got fed up and left and this maybe have been close to or over the 40 minute mark - not exactly a 15 minute wait. Discrimination against 'senior citizens' or solo diners? The manager's seating system, or an inept or rude hostess? Only they know for sure, but I was definately unhappy with being treated like a nobody last night. And I went out of my way to eat there that night. Or NOT eat there, more accurately.

BW3 sells items that they do NOT have.

I placed an order via BW3’s website for (4) Teriyaki Sauces and (1) Mild Sauce online for delivery. The total was $32.45 including a $5 tip for the driver.

Their web server failed so I was unsure what happened to my order. I called the BW3 location and was told that they only have (3) Teriyaki Sauces for my order.

The employee was unsure how to issue a refund for (1) bottle of sauce and asked me to pick something else out. I told her that I don’t want a different sauce and that I just wanted a refund for (1) bottle. I then waited to speak to the General Manager. He said that it would take up to 7-10 business days for a refund of $5.49 which is crazy.

It took BW3…..1.73 seconds to take my money and now I have to wait up to 7-10 days for a refund and hope that it is correct.

I also asked the manager to include a corrected receipt with my order. Instead, I got an incorrect receipt.

I would assume that BW3’s computers take some type of inventory of what their locations have before taking customer’s money. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

Be advised that if you place an order for something that they do NOT have in stock, they will insist that you substitute for something else AFTER they get your money.

Update - After waiting (9) days for a company reply or a credit, I have yet to receive a reply or a credit.

Maybe BW3 should let customers place an online order and pay them in 7-10 business days and see how they like it !!

Also, when you buy at least 3 bottles of any of their sauces, you are supposed to get a “Crate of Sauce Discount”.

Every time I go to a BW3 location, they never apply the discount. I have to ask them for it.

They look at me like I am crazy. They give me excuses like “We don’t give a discount”. “We don’t know what you are talking about”, and “We have never given a discount like that before”.

My reply is “Yes you do and here is my receipt”. Then they have to get the manager who goes to the register and redoes the order and hits a “Magic Button” and by the force of a miracle, the discount is applied.
