I bought a chair a few years ago, it was quite expensive too, ~250 euros, therefore I expected it to last a long time. Within a year, one of the hand rests broke off. And 2 years later, once the guaranteed period ended, the whole chair became loose and wobbly. I decided to dismantle the wobbly part and see for myself, maybe a screw came loose and all I need is to tighten it? No! Inside the chair I found a thin piece of plywood that's supposed to hold the upper part of the chair. Of course, it was broken. In my opinion - bad design. In my opinion - price does not match the quality. There is no place for plywood in a 250 euro chair should not break as soon as the guarantee period ends. Too bad this website doesn't allow to post photos

I do not understand all the bad reviews as I have only had a good experience with the company, even with After-Sales Service Support, over a year after purchasing. Maybe I was lucky, only one small thing that went wrong. For what I paid for the chair I got a great deal and a great service.

Ich verstehe die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen nicht, da ich über ein Jahr nach dem Kauf nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen gemacht habe, auch mit After-Sales-Service-Support. Vielleicht hatte ich Glück, nur eine Kleinigkeit ging schief. Für das, was ich für den Stuhl bezahlt habe, habe ich ein tolles Angebot und einen tollen Service bekommen.
