A great welcome.

We stayed here for a night, (24/12/18) and the first thing to say is that it was incredibly good value for money.
The couple running the place were so pleasant. (Welcoming, friendly, obliging, and helpful.) We were sleeping on the top floor. The room was very clean, quiet, and cosy. ..loads of tea making facilities, a tv and en suite wc & bathroom etc..
We enjoyed a splendid hearty breakfast which set us up for the day.
Just perfect for a spontaneous seaside break away from the congestion of London, and so close the beach too, a mere 5 min walk.
We would highly recommended this guest house..
