I've had wrong orders from Budsking in the past and they sorted it out quickly and with good customer service, this is no longer the case. I ordered 7g of something cheaper and 7g of something twice the price and got sent 14g of the cheaper stuff. Now they won't respond to the contact box on their website, or the chat box and emails keep being undelivered. They have scammed me and I am out of pocket.

Failed to deliver all my order and failed to reply to my complaint.

Ordered over a week ago, no tracking info sent, nothing pertinent you can check, item added to shop app but still just says "order processing" havent been able to get hold of anyone on the customer service email they've ignored me for days, its really worrying and even if these people are legitimate, they are not professional, they are not caring and most importantly they are absolutely in no rush to provide once youve given them your money.. I think someone is using too much of their own products and not doing enough actual work, cant say I'm surprised. Wont be using them again, I strongly urge you to shop elsewhere HHC and CBD are a dime a dozen these days its very easy to find an alternative retailer. These people do not deserve your custom.

I am still waiting for a refund from when they got busted. They said they put a credit on my account but it was just gaslighting.

I ordered last Thursday, it is now Wednesday, it says at the check out 2-3 working days. It still says we have your order. Ive been trying to get in touch on the chat, no answer, waited and waited, nothing. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and I'm in a lot of pain. Very disappointed indeed. Have i been scammed?

I had expected to package next week. But a knock on the door on, Sunday (thanx Royal mail) it was here early. Great quality, well packaged and very quick getting in the post. Taste is spot on and better effects compared to other dispensers.

Ordered Moon Rocks from them and was not happy as they were soft and slimy on the inside. Customer Services said I could either have a refund or they would supply the right product (which implied their acceptance that what they sent me was not right) I elected for a replacement.
2 weeks on and I have heard nothing from them and it's a week since I asked what is happening. No reply, very poor.
I will stick to buying from BudBros in future.

Am new and had some good customer service and good flower testing . ice cream cake is really nice ! , like those flowers ,I DO ENJOY THEM , AND LOOKING FOR ITS BEST QUALITY IS GOOD . I think they doing a goos job :) THANK YOU :)

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. They have apparently cancelled my order yet ignore all messages requesting a refund..

These guys and girls work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a great time buying from them and to the one called BRS THEY ARE BACK IN BUSINESS AS PART OF TEALERLAB UK!!! How do you like those apples? If you don't like the apples BRS then stop scrumping from my tree!!!

Budkingz is coming back theu got raided with several other company's but they have all been cleared and shown legal to continue to sell CBD products as they are 100% legal flowers and products.

I see from the previous reviews that they have gone bust. As other people have experienced this didn't stop them taking money off me for an order two weeks ago which I never received, and refusing to reply to any of my emails or requests for a refund. Disgraceful behaviour tantamount to fraud. Not surprised they closed down.

Awful experience , ordered over 3 weeks ago . Ignored all my emails then get a email saying my ordered been cancelled . Still waiting for a refund and spend over 100 . Do not order from this site !!

Clearly they have closed down as all their products have been removed from website, this should have been done before taking my money for over £80. No reply to my emails they were good last year but am wondering if they have shut down due to dodgy products which I have been purchasing for 2 years

Absolutely joke. Ordered more than a week ago they took money from my account and never received my order. I did purchase for more than 50£. Tried to contact several times but not response. Scam !!!!

Hmm, very strange but I ordered once and it was great. This time I haven't received my order after 1 week and no email, no service, I don't get it... Good product before but really terrible service...

Order got cancelled, apparently at my request which was news to me , no refund or response to my email , sadly this company seems to be a scam

Like the most recent reviews on here (which I wish I had read before ordering) I ordered over £50 worth no dispatch email and no product delivered. I have filled in the customer contact form several times and no response. Please do not trust this site it's a scam!!!!!!!
