There is no direct communication with H&M
There is no direct communication with H&M. One day after I delivered my package to Budbee , stil for H&M the package seems as not returned, not even in the process of returning. This gives the clients a feeling of uncertainty

I was given notice during the day about…
I was given notice during the day about the time of delivery. We have no code to enter the building so they have to phone me and then can press a number that should open the entrance door. That didn't work so well so I had to go down to open the door. The delivery man was so kind as to carry the heavy parcel up to my door. Much appreciated.

Too many emails
The service itself is fine. the lockers are easy to use and the pin code is fine. BUT I had so many emails I couldn't find anything! It was very irritating. Less emails please.
